Sookie’s faerie cousin Claude revealed & more in this new True Blood season 5 spoiler. As previously reported Sookie’s Faerie cousin Claude is coming to Bon Temps this summer. Now,thanks to TV Guide, we have a first look photo of the actor,who’ll be playing him. It’s actor Giles Matthey.

He’s taking over the role,which was previously played by Neil Hopkins. Claude showed up in the last episode of season 3,and is described as being an arrogant little queen whose only redeeming quality is his protective nature towards Claudine. Claude is the twin brother of Claudine.

Claude is not currently set to be a series regular. However, he’ll be considerably expanded into a multi-episode arcs,and could develop into something even larger. Apparently, In the books, Claude and Sookie eventually grow to be close friends.
