Kim Kardashian,Kris Humphries divorce to be televised & Kris wants to prove fraud. According to a new report from Hollywood Life, the Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries divorce is apparently going to go to trial by the end of the 2012 summer,and it will most likely be televised,because there’s an open policy on popular court cases,allowing television cameras inside.

Kris truly believes that Kim had no intention of staying married to him and got married just to make money,and wants to prove it in court. Kris’ team wants to use scenes of Kim filming scenes,saying,she was dissatisfied with her marriage during the week of Sept. 8, to help prove their case. Apparently,Kris’ team believes the season of KKTNY was developed with the theme of divorce, without Kris being made aware of it.

Their source said , “Kris was never in the scenes where they discuss Kim’s unhappiness and he never caught Kim talking to her sisters about being unhappy.
