Castiel finally returns to heal hospitalized Sam & more in CW’s “Supernatural” episode 17 of season 7. We’ve got spoilers for the show,along with a very revealing promo clip after the jump. In the new “The Born-Again Identity” episode, Lucifer will finally drive Sam to the breaking point,and Sam ends up in a mental hospital in very bad condition. Desperate to save his brother, Dean ends up calling every hunter he knows for help.

One of the hunters is going to give him the name of a healer who turns out to have a very familiar face,and it appears that this mysterious healer may turn out to be long-lost Castiel. Yay!
