Hunger Games 2,Catching Fire sequel already given a release date. As previously reported, The Hunger Games sequel is already in the works as Lionsgate has been quietly writing a new script for the past couple of months. Now, they’ve already attached a release date to the flick,so we can expect to see it hit theaters on November 22,2013.

We can also expect to see the main character: Stars Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson, Woody Harrelson,and Liam Hemsworth return,according to a recent report from The Wrap.

Simon Beaufoy is currently working on the the script,while Gary Ross, who directed the first “Hunger Games” film, will also direct the 2nd one, and is supervising the writing of the script. Again,it looks Like Lionsgate had this sequel plotted out for quite a while as the release date for Catching Fire was revealed way back when the first Hunger Games was still filming. Stay tuned.
