New ‘Prometheus’ movie photo features Charlize Theron upclose with huge weapon. 20th Century Fox recently dropped this new,upclose,photo from their upcoming thriller flick “Prometheus,” and it features actress Charlize Theron as character Meredith Vickers.

She looks pretty serious as she holds up a huge weapon of some sort,or maybe it’s just a prop or something. I don’t know. It looks interesting,though. The movie stars: Noomi Rapace, Michael Fassbender, Guy Pearce, Idris Elba, Logan Marshall-Green,and Charlize Theron.

In the film,a group of scientists get stranded on a distant,new,world,and get their mental and physical limits challenged when they try to explore the landscape. Judging from the recent movie clips and trailers,there’s a lot of intense,thrilling scenes that go down in this flick,so it should be quite entertaining. It hits theaters on June 8th. Stay tuned.
