Famous hairstylist Chris McMillan is responsible for her new look. Chris gave actress Jennifer Aniston her “The Rachel” haircut when she was on “Friends” back in the day.

Miley’s fans totally didn’t like her new hairdo and let her know it on Twitter. Miley fired back with, “if you don’t have something nice to say don’t say anything at all. my hair is attached to my head no one else’s and it’s going bye bye .”
