Teen Wolf season 3 confirmed for 24 episodes and new spoilers are on the way. According to a new report from Zap2it, MTV’s hit show “Teen Wolf” has recently been renewed for season 3. Not only that, they’re also giving it twice as many episodes with a whopping 24 count instead of just 12. However, all those new episodes will be split up into two different parts of the year.

The big news was announced at the recent 2012 Comic-Con event last month with a press released that stated, “Season 3 will be 24 episodes. Twice as long as the show’s usual 24-episode season, though fans can expect it to be split into two parts.”

David Janollari who is head of MTV’s programming, commented on the show,explaining that it’s “a terrific foray into the scripted world for the millennial MTV audience, and marks tremendous success in the continued diversification of our schedule. Renewing the show for a third season celebrates the creative vision of Executive Producer Jeff Davis and the remarkable talent of the cast who bring this bona fide fan favorite to life.”
