Kate Middleton sexy topless & thong photos exposed, lawsuit filed. According to Gawker, the paps for Closer magazine violated royalty the other day,and posted some very sexy,topless photos of Duchess Kate Middleton. Apparently, she was having some nudity time with her hubby Prince William. At one point, the Prince was seen oiling up Kate’s bare butt. It was hot. She’s in great shape.

The photos were taken last week while the couple was in Provence at a chateau owned by Lord Linley,who is the Queen’s nephew. Afterwards,they headed out for a Diamond Jubilee tour of the Far East. Closer mag ,dropped the headline, “Discover the very sensual shots of Kate Middleton.” It went on to say, “Discover the incredible pictures of the future Queen of England as you’ve never seen her before, and as you will never see her again!” Wow! They’re in trouble.

The Royal Queen is highly upset about this,and her officials are currently consulting with lawyers to consider what options may be available to The Duke and Duchess.
