Vampire Diaries Paul Wesley spotted majorly intense in new season 4 promo pic. Recently,this new Vampire Diaries season 4 promo pic,hit the net and features a new look at Stefan star Paul Wesley,and he looks crazy intense as he gives off a heat-searing stare into the cameras.

In the new season, Stefan and Damon will be at odds as to how to train newly-turned vampire Elena. Also, Elena is going to nearly die again by refusing to drink the blood she needs in order to complete her new vampy transition.
