Kate Middleton Topless Photos Finally Got Banned From Publishing

Kate Middleton topless photos finally got banned from publishing. According to Hollywood Life and their sources, the Duchess Kate Middleton and Prince William recently won their court case to have photos removed from French Magazine “Closer’s” website. Closer must now turn over all digital copies of the photos.
If they print anymore, they’ll be fined $12,000 for each one! However the court ruling only applies to Closer magazine, which is really key, because the photos are also running in the Irish Daily Star and Italian magazine Chi. So, the pics are still totally out there, and it’s not like the damage hasn’t already been done, anyways. I guess they’re just suing over the principle of it.
It’s reported that Kate and William are also seeking to punish the actual photographer who took the photos. Their attorney insists that the photos were taken on private property, despite claims that they were visible in a public area. Stay tuned. Follow us on Facebook by Clicking Here.
