New Vampire Diaries season 4,episode 6 third spoiler clip released. Recently,CW released this new,3rd,sneak peek/spoiler clip (below) for their upcoming “Vampire Diaries” episode 6 of season 4,and it looks pretty crazy as poor Elena continues to get haunted by weird hallucinations in the shower. The episode is titled, “We All Go A Little Mad Sometimes.”

The new clip starts off pretty hot as it shows sexy Elena,showering off her hot,sexy, bod. However,things quickly turn ugly as Elena starts hallucinating ,again,and sees blood going down the shower drain. After that,she quickly hops out,and towels up out of pure fright.
