New Homeland season 3 intense spoilers dished out by producers. Earlier today,TV Line, chatted it up with Showtime’s “Homeland” producers ,Howard Gordon and Alex Gansa, and they gave a little spoiler teaser dish on some of the things we can expect to see in the upcoming season 3. It turns out that investigators will think Brody is dead, and more.
To start off with, Alex revealed that they’re still up in the air over how Brody and his family will be involved in season 3,stating, “We had a much clearer picture of what the first two seasons would be than we do of what the third season would be. Damian’s involvement and the actors who fill out Brody’s family, is very much up in the air.”
Gansa also suggested that the mole will still be in play for season 3 by stating, “it was our ever-present mole who could have been responsible for moving Brody’s car to in front of the auditorium.” Gansa revealed that investigators are going to possibly believe that Brody is dead, heading into season 3,stating, “the investigators are going to believe that Brody was actually in his car when it exploded, and thus will be presumed dead. Plus, Brody does have a head start of a couple of days, and he is privy to Carrie’s best contacts. He has the benefit of that network.”
Lastly, Gansa revealed that they’re probably not going to pursue the possibility that Brody was in on the bombing. However, “that doesn’t mean that there aren’t people out there that still think there’s that possibility, and I just don’t want to dissuade anybody from that.”
Then Howard also commented on that, stating, “If you look back on the season, your brain would start hurting to understand why he did certain things if he was partially responsible for what happened.” Season 3 is set to premiere in the Spring 2013.
