The episode is entitled, “Hard Bargain,” and it appears to be quite shocking and intense as Derek looks like he’s going to straight up quite,Dr. Cahill expresses her desire to close the hospital,and more.

In the new “Hard Bargain” episode, the hospital will spiral closer to financial ruin, and Owen is going to have to make some tough decisions, which will include foregoing an expensive surgery that could save the life of a child. Meanwhile, Alex and Jo are going to work together to save the life of an infant, and April will ask Jackson for dating advice.

Dr. Cahill is seen,telling everyone she wants to shut down the hospital. Derek is spotted, giving his resignation,and more. It all looks to be very dramatic to say the least.
