Vampire Diaries season 4 making Rebekah vamp a regular on new Originals spinoff. According to Deadline, the Vampire Diaries season 4 peeps have decided to hire actress Claire Holt to reprise her Rebekah vampire character ,fulltime, on their new “Originals” spinoff show.

They say, she will actually be a lead in the show,and joins other Vampire Diaries castmembers ,who have transitions over: Joseph Morgan aka Klaus,Daniel Gillies aka Elijah,and Phoebe Tonkin aka Hayley. As previously reported, the Originals’s pilot is going to double as a Vampire Diaries season 4 episode on April 25th.

The new show will focus on the Original family of vampires, as Klaus returns to the supernatural melting pot that is the French Quarter of New Orleans, a town he helped build centuries ago, and is reunited with his diabolical former protégé Marcel.
