A New Celebrity Big Brother Season 2, Possible House Guest Finally Revealed
Happy Tuesday and New Year, fellow “Big Brother” fans. We hope you guys are enjoying the holiday. After months and months of waiting and waiting, a casting rumor for the upcoming, second season of Celebrity Big Brother has finally popped up to ring in the 2019 new year!
According to the folks over at theblast.com and their sources, Lindsay Lohan’s 56 year old mother Dina Lohan has reportedly been approached by Big Brother producers to appear on the upcoming, second season of Celebrity Big Brother for a nice $100,000 dollar guaranteed payday.
They go on to explain that sources close to the negotiation have actually seen the official offer from the Big Brother producers. Their sources wrote that the offer reads like this, “CBS is bringing back the hugely successful show for another season ,and we’d love to invite Dina Lohan to be a part of our season 2 cast. Participants will receive a $100,000 guarantee. Every time they survive one of the eight evictions, they will earn another $5,000.”
The winner of the season will win $250,000 dollars. There will also be a favorite house guest award that’s chosen by the viewing audience who will win an extra $25,000 dollars. Currently, they say it is unclear if Dina Lohan has decided to accept the Celebrity Big Brother season 2 offer.
TheBlast.com goes on to say that if Dina Lohan does participate in the season and gets eliminated before it’s over, she will be allowed to go home. However, she would have to return for the Wednesday night, February 13, 2019, two-hour finale episode. Also, just like every season, Dina will not be allowed to bring any cell phones or TVs into the house.
TheBlast.com pointed out an interesting thing in the offer. It says that host Julie Chen will no longer use the Julie Chen Moonves sign off she had started using at the end of regular Big Brother season 20. She started using that when her husband Les Moonves got canned from the network on sexual harassment claims. We thought it was very interesting that the Big Brother producers would even mention that in the offer.

I’m personally not interested in seeing Dina Lohan on the show, but it’s possible she could surprise me. She could deliver some interesting drama. You just never know until you get these people in the pressure cooker house.
As previously reported, Celebrity Big Brother season 2 is now just weeks away from making it’s highly anticipated debut on Monday night, January 21, 2019! It will run for about 18 days again with four or more episodes airing each week. We presume the LIVE feeds will be available again for it just like last season. So, those of you wanting to catch more of the action beyond the TV show episodes, will have the opportunity to do so.
