Station 19 Spoilers For Season 2, May 16, 2019 Finale Episode 17 Revealed
Hey, “Station 19” fans. We hope you guys enjoyed tonight’s episode 16. Now that it’s officially aired and in the history books, it’s time to direct our focus to the next, new episode 17. We want to point out that episode 17 is indeed the very last episode of this current second season.
That’s right, guys. After this one, you won’t see another new episode for at least three months, and that’s if gets renewed for a new season 3. We still haven’t gotten official word on that yet. The ratings and viewership numbers look strong though. So, I don’t think there’s much to worry about there.
ABC did serve up a press release for the new episode 17. So, that’s what we’ll be using for this spoiler session. To get things started, ABC’s press release revealed that episode 17 is named,”Into The Wildfire.” This is definitely a fitting title for this one, and you’re about to find out why.
Episode 17 sounds like it will certainly feature a ton of dramatic, extremely interesting and action-filled scenes as the Station 19 crew tries to put out deadly wildfires! They try to evacuate people in Los Angeles. Ben makes a very important choice and more!
We’ll go ahead and start off this spoiler session with the deadly wildfire situation. It turns out that we’re going to see the Station 19 crew hit the road to travel to sunny Los Angeles, California. But this won’t be a vacation trip.
Oh, no, no, no. The team will be going there because Los Angeles will be a little too sunny. Deadly wildfires have broken out of control, and somebody’s got to throw some water on that stuff, pronto! The Station 19 crew will be there to help do just that.
ABC’s official description tells us, “The members of Station 19 pack their gear and head to Los Angeles, California, to help battle a deadly wildfire raging out of control.” An alternate description reads like this, “THE MEMBERS OF STATION 19 TRAVEL TO LOS ANGELES TO FIGHT A RAGING WILDFIRE.”
Will the Station 19 crew successfully help get the wildfires under control? That’s the burning question for this particular synopsis. Pun intended.
The second spoiler scoop reveals that the Station 19 team will end up meeting someone new while trying to also make sure residents of the area get safely evacuated. This new person will be a guy named Terry,and he’ll be played by none other than one of the original “Dallas” alums Patrick Duffy!
That’s right, guys. You’ll get to see Patrick Duffy from “Dallas” back in acting action again in this one. ABC’ description tells us, “While the team works to evacuate residents, they meet Terry (played by Patrick Duffy).”
What will Patrick Duffy’s character Terry be doing in this episode? That’s a big question for this storyline. It definitely sounds like it could be interesting as well as dramatic.
The third spoiler teaser reveals that Ben will have a huge part to play in this episode. Apparently, he will be faced with a decision that’s so freaking important that it could change both he and Terry’s lives! Not only that, Ben will also have to make this decision in a split-second! ABC’s description tells us, “Ben makes a split-second decision that changes both of their lives.”
Will Ben make the right call in this wild situation? That’s the extremely important question for this particular scenario. I don’t know about you guys, but I certainly sense a possible cliff hanger to set up for season 3. It could be. Look out for that.
ABC also released a couple of preview photos for episode 17. Patrick Duffy’s Terry character is seen in a lot of the photos. So, expect to see him in a lot of the scenes. Andy is seen in a couple of the photos as well. She’s all suited up in her fire fighting gear, and looks very busy. Episode 17 will feature a couple of guest stars. They are: Nyle DiMarco as character Dylan. Patrick Duffy as character Terry.
The season regulars that will be featured in episode 17 are: Jaina Lee Ortiz as character Andy Herrera, Jason George as character Ben Warren, Boris Kodjoe as character Captain Robert Sullivan, Grey Damon as character Jack Gibson, Barrett Doss as character Victoria Hughes, Alberto Frezza as character Ryan Tanner, Jay Hayden as character Travis Montgomery, Okieriete Onaodowan as character Dean Miller, Danielle Savre as character Maya Bishop and Miguel Sandoval as character Captain Pruitt Herrera.
Episode 17 was written by Stacy McKee, and it was directed by Paris Barclay. ABC’s press release confirmed that episode 17 is indeed scheduled to air next Thursday night, May 16, 2019 at approximately 8 pm central standard time.
