‘Days Of Our Lives’ July 24, 2019 Episode Delayed. It’s Reportedly Not Airing That Day
Hey, “Days Of Our Lives” fans. We’ve got some bad news for you guys in this report. We were looking at the TV Guide listings for tomorrow’s Wednesday, July 24, 2019 episode, and we didn’t see it listed. Nope, nope, nope. All we saw is this super long coverage that NBC is scheduled to give to to this special Robert Mueller report.
That’s right, guys. NBC is ditching your favorite soap opera tomorrow to give this special Robert Mueller report a freaking 7 hours of coverage! Yep, they will be covering it from 7:15 am all the way until 2 pm central standard time.
NBC’s official description of this Robert Mueller special reads like this, “NBC NEWS SPECIAL REPORT: MUELLER TESTIFIES. Former special counsel Robert Mueller testifies before the House Judiciary and Intelligence Committees.”
Why NBC felt like this was important to clear out 7 hours of their schedule is beyond me. I personally didn’t even know who the hell Robert Mueller was before seeing this in the TV Guide listings. Who knows? Maybe someone out there finds this report to be important. I’m pretty sure this is going to upset a lot of “Days Of Our Lives” fans.
The good news is that it appears to just be for tomorrow. We had heard rumors that they would possibly interrupt Thursday’s “Days Of Our Lives” broadcast with this nonsense. That doesn’t appear to be the case according to the TV Guide listings. They say a brand new “Days Of Our Lives” episode will indeed air this Thursday, July 25,2019.
This interruption is probably going to mess up our spoiler schedule, meaning the spoilers that would have aired in the July 24, 2019 episode will probably air in the July 25, 2019 episode. We believe that will be the case if this interruption is nationwide.
Also, we’re hearing that the July 24, 2019 episode might get aired on a secondary channel. Jason47’s Days Website on Facebook put out the following report on their Facebook page: “With the special report coverage expected to preempt most, if not all, of NBC’s schedule from 8:15AM until around 3PM ET on Wednesday 7/24, affiliates may air “Days” on a secondary channel, such as Cozi TV, so be sure to record the secondary channel on Wed. 7/24 just in case you want to see “Days” live. Not all affiliates may do this, but some may.”

As you can see from this report, the July 24, 2019 episode may or may not be shown on a secondary channel. With that being said, I honestly don’t know how NBC is going to rework the “Days Of Our Lives” schedule this week.
We’re just going to have to sit back and see what they do. We just wanted to inform you guys of this reported preemption of tomorrow’s Wednesday, July 24, 2019 episode because it certainly seems like it’s really happening. TV Guide is listing it and everything.
If you have Cozi TV, you may want to head over to it tomorrow to see if they are airing it. I personally didn’t know a Cozi TV channel even existed before writing this article. I don’t really keep up with TV channels like that.
Anyways, NBC did release a set of teaser descriptions for the July 24, 2019 episode. If you have a problem with spoiler teasers, it’s highly recommended that you exit this article right now. If you don’t have a problem with spoiler teasers, by all means please keep reading this article.
Now that we’ve gotten our spoiler warning out of the way, the official NBC teaser descriptions for the July 24, 2019 episode read like this: Xander and Rex get into it over Sarah. Jack is surprised when Eve supports him taking the serum.
Jennifer is determined to move on and plans a date when Andre Khabbazi returns as Dr. Henry Shah. Haley has disturbing visions of Claire.”
Again, these plotlines might get pushed to Thursday’s July 25, 2019 episode. It all depends on what NBC decides to do.
