‘Seal Team’ Season 3, December 18, 2019 Episode 11 Delayed. Not Airing Tonight

Hey, “Seal Team” fans. We unfortunately had to jump on here tonight to give you guys some very bad news. It turns out that “Seal Team” is currently on a heavy winter break right now. That means CBS will not air the next, new episode 11 tonight, December 18, 2019. In fact, CBS will not be airing it for a really long time.

We’re talking almost 3 months, people. Yep, it’s true. We have the official airdate for episode 11. It’s currently scheduled to air on Wednesday night, February 26, 2020 in its usual 8 pm central standard time slot on CBS of course. So, be sure to write down that very important date and time, or burn it into your memory.

So, what is CBS airing instead of Seal Team tonight? We totally know this because we’ll be covering it. CBS is airing the huge season 39 finale episode for its hit reality show, “Survivor.”

It’s going to take up CBS’ entire primetime line up from 7 pm to 9 pm central standard time. Then they’re airing a big Survivor reunion special from 9 pm to 10 pm central standard time. So, it’s definitely a “Survivor” night tonight.

CBS’ official description for it reads like this, “In the Season 39 finale, one castaway will take home the prize and earn the title of Sole Survivor.”

Next Wednesday night, December 25, 2019, CBS will air a sitcom special called, “Mom.” It’s the 11th episode of its 6th season. It’s titled, “Foot Powder and the Barrelworks Pirates.”

CBS’ description for it reads like this, “Christy’s search for a Secret Santa gift leads her to discover Adam has been hiding something from Bonnie. Also, Tammy looks for a job in order to avoid being sent back to prison.”

Right after that in the 8:30 pm central standard time slot, CBS will air another sitcom called, “CAROL’S SECOND ACT.” It’s the 11th episode of its first season. The episode is titled, “Merry December 19th.”

CBS’ official description for it reads like this, “Carol excitedly plans an early Christmas celebration for Jenny, but Jenny’s preoccupied with her secret first date with Daniel. Also, the doctors investigate a case of food poisoning at an office holiday party.”

Beyond those two dates, it’s a mystery what CBS will air instead of Seal Team. You’ll have to check your local listings.

If any of the Seal Team replacement programming seems enticing to you, you might still want to watch CBS. If not, you will most certainly want to find another channel to flip on for the next two and a half months.

Normally at this point in the article, we would have a teaser description for the next, new episode, but CBS hasn’t released any new press releases, photos or clips for episode 11. So, we are totally empty-handed right now. We don’t even have a title for episode 11. Right now, it’s just called episode 11.

What we do have is some official ratings and viewership numbers for Seal Team’s current 3rd season. So, let’s take a look at them.

It’s currently averaging 4.964 million LIVE viewers per episode and a 0.68 ratings score for the 18-49 year old demographics. The last episode 10 brought in 5.484 million LIVE viewers and a 0.68 ratings score.

CBS has yet to renew Seal Team for a new season 4, but it is still quite early. I would say Seal Team’s numbers look fairly strong. However, it comes down to more than that. So, we can’t be sure what CBS will do. We will say if they did renew it for a season 4, we wouldn’t be surprised.

Again, CBS confirmed that the new episode 11 is scheduled to air on Wednesday night, February 26, 2020 at approximately 8 pm central standard time.

Alright guys. That’s all we’ve got for this latest “Seal Team” TV show report, but definitely stay tuned for more.

First off… I love Seal Team… since I first hear of its existence right at the end of season one…. so anytime there’s an interruption during a season I’m not very happy about it… BUT,
