‘Young And The Restless’ December 18, 2019 Episode Delayed, Preempted In Certain USA Time Zones
Hey, “Young And The Restless” fans. We had to quickly jump back on here today, December 18, 2019 to let you guys know that CBS has ,once again, preempted the December 18, 2019 episode of “The Young And The Restless.”
They did it to air the President Donald Trump impeachment hearings fiasco again! Yep, that’s right, guys. The impeachment hearings have indeed struck again today.
Currently, we can confirm that “The Young and The Restless” has been preempted in the United States in the Central, Eastern and Mountain time zones. It’s still possible that it might air on the West Coast.
It will all depend on how long today’s impeachment hearings session lasts. As far as we know, “The Young And The Restless” is still airing in Canada.
We’re not really political over hear, but it sounds like they’re finally casting their votes on whether or not Donald Trump should be impeached. The headline that is flashing across our TV screen reads: “House Debates Articles Of Impeachment Against President Donald Trump.”
So, make of that what you will. We did hear some people voting though. We just hope this will finally be over for good at some point in the immediate future.
Alright, so let’s get into how CBS will handle this. We’re quite sure that most if not all of the local CBS affiliates are just going to air today’s preempted episode tomorrow, December 19,2019.
We already tracked down confirmation from the CBS4 Miami @CBSMiami affiliate station. They said they will air today’s preempted “Young And The Restless” episode tomorrow, December 19, 2019.
They posted it on Twitter saying, “Today’s previously scheduled original episode of The Young and the Restless has been preempted and will air Thursday.Viewers did NOT miss an episode.” You guys can view that post on Twitter by Clicking Here.
Also. a couple of people on Twitter confirmed that the “Young And The Restless” was indeed preempted in their area.

Spoiler warning: For those of you who are interested, we’ve listed a few spoiler teasers you can expect to see play out on “The Young And The Restless” when it finally returns to the air.
Devon will seek to get some justice by trying to take down Amanda. He will indeed keep looking for as much evidence on her as he can.
Phyllis will desperately want to enact some revenge. Nikki and Victor will decided to host a family meeting. This storyline definitely has an important-sounding feel to it. So, we’ll be seeing what that’s all about.
Phyllis is going to have a big surprise to spring on Summer in the near future. We would give you the date for that episode, but that date is no longer valid due to all of these preemptions.
I think it’s safe to say you can expect it to air next week sometime though. That’s if the show doesn’t get preempted again.
