For starters, the new episode 13 is officially called, “Payback.” You know what they say about payback? It’s a b@#tch, and it won’t be any different in this episode.

It sounds like episode 13 will feature some very intense, dangerous, dramatic, action-filled and serious scenes as the son of a very famous former FBI agent gets kidnapped! Isobel has to make a very tough decision and more!

We’ll go ahead and start off this spoiler session with the kidnapping situation. It turns out that we’re going to see some heavy drama in this episode when the son of a very well-known retired FBI agent is scooped up and taken away just like that.

The crazy kidnapping will happen just a few blocks away from the child’s home too! It’s speculated that this might be a revenge kidnapping.

In light of this, the FBI crew will launch a huge investigation into this matter. During it, they will need to figure out if this kidnapping was due to the FBI agent’s past or if it’s trouble that the son got into all by himself.

CBS’ official description for this kidnapping plotline reads like this, “When the son of a well-known retired FBI agent is taken just blocks from their home in what appears to be a revenge kidnapping, the team must uncover if it’s tied to the agent’s past or trouble the son has gotten into on his own.”

An alternate description reads like this, “THE SON OF A RETIRED FBI AGENT IS KIDNAPPED, AND THE TEAM MUST INVESTIGATE IF IT’S AN ACT OF REVENGE.”

What conclusion will the FBI team come to during this intense investigation. That is the major question we’ll be looking to see get answered before the hour is up. We definitely expect to see some possible intense and dramatic scenes from this storyline. So, get ready for it when January 21, 2020 rolls around.

The second and last teaser description lets us know that Isobel will get some intense screentime in this installment. At some point, Isobel will get presented some information from the past, and it’s going to cause her to have to make a really tough call.

CBS’ description for this Isobel scenario tells us, “Isobel must make a hard call when information from the past comes to light.”

What will Isobel ultimately decide? What is this past info that puts Isobel in such a bind? Those are the big questions we need to see get answered before this episode concludes on Tuesday night. We definitely think this storyline will also give us plenty of heavy scenes to look forward to.

The new episode 13 preview clip features a very intense scene right off the bat. The former FBI agent is frantically looking for his son Jake to no avail.

Next, the clip cuts to a scene that features Jabal telling the FBI crew, “25 minutes ago, Dan’s son Jake was taken. Jake was the son of an FBI agent. Bottom line is he’s one of our own, people. Let’s find Jake Osborne.”
