‘General Hospital’ January 29, 2020 Preempted Episode To Air Overnight And Online

Hey, “General Hospital” fans. We are back at you again today, but we have some much better news for you guys. Yes, ABC did preempt “General Hospital” again today, January 29, 2020 to air another round of the President Donald Trump impeachment trial debacle.

However, it appears that ABC has finally started listening to all of their angry fans’ complaints to just air the show online.

Oh, yes, yes, yes. Not only will ABC be airing the preempted episodes of General Hospital on their official ABC website, they will also air the episodes on their channel later in the day. The times for that could vary from each ABC affiliate station.

One ABC affiliate Wmar2news.com in Baltimore,MD hit up their Twitter account today.

Their Twitter post took us to their website where they revealed that their local ABC channel will air the preempted General Hospital episode overnight at 2:35 am to 3:35 am. If you decide to go for that option, you’ll either have to stay up all night or DVR it.

So, we imagine the best option will be to just stream the episode online at ABC.com’s official website by Clicking Here.

Currently, the preempted episodes have not been uploaded to ABC.com. So, you will need to keep checking their website periodically to see when they’ve added it. ABC didn’t mention exactly when the episode would be uploaded to their website.

Wmar2news.com said that fans can also view the preempted episodes on the ABC app or Hulu.com. They said the preempted episodes should be uploaded to Hulu.com by 8 pm eastern standard time.

ABC will upload the episode that was supposed to air on January 21, 2020. So, you won’t miss any of the episodes that got preempted while the impeachment trial was on. They plan to upload all those episodes periodically.

As for today’s round of the President Donald Trump impeachment trial, these were the following descriptions we saw: “Senate To Begin 16-Hour Q&A Process.” “Senators to start submitting written questions.” “Senators to start questioning house managers &white house counsel.”

“Lead House Manager Rep. Adam Schiff answers questions from Senators.” “Pres. Trump’s Counsel Patrick Philbin answers questions from senators.” “Senators Question House Managers & White House legal team.”

So, it appears that a lot of question asking and answering was taking place today. This trial literally appears to have no end date for the immediate future, which is why we suspect ABC finally caved in and decided to upload the preempted General Hospital episodes on their website, app and Hulu.com.

As we previously reported, CBS and NBC already decided to do that with their soap operas long before ABC did. So, ABC was the last network to get their act together and give their fans what they have been screaming about for days.

This just in. The official General Hospital Twitter page posted an update indicating that new episodes off General Hospital will air in certain time zones that were not impacted by the impeachment trial coverage.

Their Twitter message reads like this: “General Hospital @GeneralHospital An all-new episode of #GH is coming your way today. It will air in areas not impacted by the ongoing news coverage and be made available online for those which are.

All you’ll need to watch is an internet connection. Come back here after 8PM EST for direct access. See you then!” You guys can view that tweet on Twitter by Clicking Here.

Alright guys. We hope this new ABC development puts somewhat of a smile on your face as you can at least view the missing episodes online. Who all is happy about it? Let us know in the comments section.
