‘Chicago PD’ Season 7, January 29, 2020 Episode 13 Delayed. Not Airing Tonight

Hey, “Chicago P.D.” fans. Unfortunately, this article contains some bad news for you guys. If you were looking for the next,new episode 13 of Chicago PD’s current 7th season earlier tonight, we imagine you were immediately put in a very bad mood because NBC did not air it.

That’s right, guys. NBC threw in another delay tonight, January 29, 2020. On a much brighter note, we can officially tell you that the new episode 13 is officially scheduled to air next Wednesday night, February 5, 2020 in its usual 9 pm central standard time slot on NBC of course. So, you’ll definitely want to commit that very important date and time to memory.

Right now, you might be asking yourself what exactly did NBC air in place of my favorite show Chicago PD? If you’re one of those people, we can tell you that NBC actually did air Chicago PD, but it was just a repeat episode.

The repeat episode that they aired was the 6th episode of this current season 7. It’s titled, “False Positive.”

NBC’s official description for it reads like this, “The shocking murders of young boys affects Halstead. Crawford encourages Intelligence to use a new facial-recognition software to help identify a suspect, but the plan backfires.”

Now that we’ve gotten all of that out of the way, we do have some new intel for the next,new episode 13 of Chicago PD. The lovely NBC folks served up an official press release for it along with some new preview photos and a preview clip.

We have to tell you that these promotional materials do contain spoiler teasers. If you don’t like spoilers, we highly suggest that you close out this article right now.

On the other end of the spectrum, if you like or don’t mind reading spoilers, we totally encourage you to stick around for this next segment.

Ok, now that our spoiler warning is out there in the universe, let’s go over this new episode 13 press release real quick. First, we’re told it’s officially titled,”I WAS HERE.”

It sounds like episode 13 will feature some possible intense, dramatic, action-filled and emotional scenes.

In the new episode 13, a very serious 911 call is going to come into the station. In light of it, Burgess will get the team’s help to hop on this case and track down a girl that has gotten herself caught up in a sex-trafficking ring.

NBC’s official description for episode 13 reads like this, “After receiving a distressing 911 call, Burgess enlists the team’s help to track down a girl caught up in a sex-trafficking ring.”

The new preview photos for episode 13 features quite a bit of Kim in action. Her scenes look very intense and serious too. In one the photos, she’s got her gun out and everything. Hank is spotted in some scenes with Kim, and he definitely looks as serious as she does.

Kevin is seen on the phone in one of the pics. It looks like he’s definitely having a serious conversation.

Again, NBC confirmed that the next,new episode 13 of this current Chicago PD season 7 is scheduled to air next Wednesday night, February 5, 2020 at approximately 9 pm central standard time.
