New ‘MacGyver’ Spoilers For Season 4, May 8, 2020 Episode 13 Revealed
Hey, “MacGyver” fans. We are back at you on this Friday night to let you know what is in store for next week’s brand new episode 13 of MacGyver’s current season 4.
We were able to get our hands on a couple of teaser descriptions for the new episode 13 via CBS’ episode 13 press release. So, we’re going to run those by you right now. Let’s get into it.
For starters, this episode does indeed have an official title attached to it. We’ve learned that it’s called, “Save + The + Dam + World.”
The new episode 13 sounds like it will feature some very interesting, intense, dramatic, action-filled and suspenseful scenes as Mac and Riley’s undercover mission gets interrupted. The Phoenix team discovers some new, important information and more.
We’ll go ahead and start off with the Mac and Riley, undercover mission. It turns out that Mac and Riley will indeed still be deep, deep undercover with Codex in an attempt to blow up their operation from the inside out.
However, another twist will come into play that totally interrupts their game plan. Apparently, the Codex organization will be looking to detonate a weapon of mass destruction.
In light of this very dangerous development, Russ, Desi and the Phoenix team will rush in to try and stop this terrible action from taking place. Unfortunately, for Mac and Riley, they will get caught in the crosshairs!
CBS’ official description for the undercover plan gone wrong tells us, “With Mac and Riley undercover with Codex, hoping to stop the organization from within, their mission is interrupted when Russ, Desi and the Phoenix team move to prevent Codex from detonating a weapon of mass destruction, with Mac and Riley caught in the crosshairs.”
An alternate description reads like this, “MAC AND RILEY, NOW WITH HIS AUNT GWEN AND CODEX, ARE PUT IN THE PHOENIX FOUNDATION’S CROSSHAIRS WHEN RUSS, DESI AND THE TEAM TRY TO STOP CODEX ONCE AND FOR ALL.”
Will the Codex’s dastardly weapon of mass destruction attempt get successfully stopped? That is the burning question for this particular plotline. Whatever the case, it definitely sounds like this storyline will feature a ton of extreme action, drama and suspense for you guys to look forward to when next Friday night rolls around.
The second and last teaser description lets us know that the team won’t be finished with just the other Codex plotline. Oh, no, no, no. They will also find out what the real reason is for Russ deciding to buy the Phoenix Foundation.
CBS’ description for this latest team storyline reads like this, “The team discovers Russ’ real reason for purchasing the Phoenix Foundation.”
What will Russ’ real reason turn out to be? That’s a big question for this particular scenario. It sounds like this plotline could deliver some very interesting scenes depending on what Russ’ real reason turns out to be.
Episode 13 will feature a couple of guest stars. They are: Jeri Ryan as character (Gwendolyn Hayes), Zach McGowan as character (Roman), Amber Skye Noyes as character (Scarlett), Scottie Thompson as character (Ellen MacGyver), Tobin Bell as character (Leland), Mary Elizabeth Kirkpatrick as character (Ella), Drey Wigfall as character (Agent #1), Annie Cook as character (Senator Burnett) and Satya Polisetti as character (Aide).
The season regulars that will be featured in episode 13 are: Lucas Till as character (Angus “Mac” MacGyver), Tristin Mays as character (Riley Davis), Justin Hires as character (Wilt Bozer), Meredith Eaton as character (Matty Weber), Levy Tran as character (Desi Nguyen) and Henry Ian Cusick as character (Russ Taylor).
The episode 13 story is by Terry Matalas. The teleplay is by Cindy Appel, and it was directed by Carlos Bernard.
CBS’ press release confirmed that the next, new episode 13 of MacGyver’s current season 3 is indeed scheduled to air next Friday night, May 8, 2020 at approximately 7 pm central standard time.
