‘General Hospital’ May 8, 2020 New Episode Delayed. Repeat Episode To Air

Happy Thursday, “General Hospital” fans. We are back at you , once again, to inform you on how ABC will close out this week of General Hospital. As we previously reported, the cast and crew of General Hospital is currently shut down from filming new episodes since March 2020 due to the terrible Covid-19 pandemic.

That means ABC is currently running the new episodes that were filmed before the pandemic struck, and they will soon run out of new episodes. In order to preserve as many new episodes as they can, they are airing repeat episodes every Friday. So, that’s what you guys are going to get tomorrow, May 8, 2020.

We were able to track down which repeat episode of General Hospital that ABC will air tomorrow. It turns out that they’re going to take you guys back just a couple of years to 2018.


That’s right, guys. ABC is going to re-air the episode that originally aired back on Tuesday, November 27, 2018. It features Nina having a whole lot to handle. Laura revealed some personal things to Lulu.

Maxie and Peter had a close moment. Alexis showed a lot of pride in Oscar. Also, Finn got a lot of support from Ann in this one.

ABC’s official description for this November 27, 2018 “General Hospital” episode reads like this, “Nina has her hands full. Laura confides in Lulu. Maxie and Peter share a moment. Alexis is proud of Oscar. Ana supports Finn.”

If any of you guys have any desire to watch this November 27, 2018 repeat episode all over again. Or hey, maybe you missed it the first time it aired, and you want to check it out, you can just tune in to ABC at 1 pm central standard time tomorrow.


If you just absolutely refuse to watch any repeat episodes of General Hospital, you will certainly want to make sure you have something else lined up for that 1 pm central standard time slot.

As we previously reported, it appears that May 22, 2020 is the target date that ABC will run out of new episodes for General Hospital and will have to air repeat episodes everyday.


That’s currently what CBS is doing with their “Young And The Restless” and “Bold And The Beautiful” soap operas. We’ll have to wait and see if ABC follows that same course of action with “General Hospital.” For now, you can expect to see a new episode of General Hospital air this Monday, May 11,2020.


Spoiler Warning. For those of you who are interested, we do have a few teaser descriptions for the Monday, May 11, 2020 episode.

At some point, we’re going to see Michael with a full plate of serious plans as he gets ready for court. ABC’s official description for this Michael scenario reads like this, “Michael prepares for court.”


Willow will be thinking about some very important things in this episode. She will sit down and try to map out her future. ABC’s description for this latest Willow storyline reads like this, “Willow contemplates her future.”

Lastly, Nelle will be in action in this episode. She will have a pretty significant moment because she’s going to see if she can get a favor from someone. ABC’s description for this Nelle scenario reads like this, “Nelle asks for a favor.”
