We do have some new updates in for the status of when The Young And The Restless cast and crew will start filming again. Originally, we heard that it would start this week. Then yesterday, the date got bumped to the week of June 29, 2020.

Today, we are hearing from the folks over at Deadline.com and their sources that the producers of The Young And The Restless have now sent letters to the cast, informing them that they have a tentative plan to start filming new episodes again on July 6, 2020.

Hopefully, this date will finally stick. If it doesn’t, it’s all their fault because they can’t blame the state of California or the city of Los Angeles anymore. They have greenlit production to start back way back on June 12, 2020.

Deadline also mentioned that The Young And The Restless producers have also consulted with The Bold And The Beautiful production team to get some tips on how to start back filming new episodes since they already started back.
