Days Of Our Lives September 17 & 18, 2020 Episodes Delayed. Not Airing On Those Days
Hey, “Days Of Our Lives” fans. Unfortunately, we’ve got some really bad news for you guys in this report. For some reason that we’re just not quite sure about, NBC will not be airing Days Of Our Lives this Thursday, September 17, 2020 and Friday, September 18, 2020.
The good news is that NBC will get right back to airing new episodes of Days Of Our Lives this Monday, September 21, 2020 in its usual 12 pm central standard time slot. So, be sure to mark down that very important date on your soap opera calendars or just make sure you memorize it.
So, what is NBC airing instead of Days Of Our Lives on Thursday and Friday, September 17 & 18, 2020. According to the TV Guide listings, NBC will be airing repeat episodes of The Ellen Degeneres Show.
On Thursday, September 17, 2020, NBC will re-air episode 91 of The Ellen Degeneres’ 17th season. NBC’s official description for it reads like this, “Emily Blunt (“A Quiet Place Part II”); “America’s Got Talent: The Champions” contestants Duo Transcend perform a trapeze routine.”
Then on Friday, September 18, 2020, NBC will re-air the 5th episode of The Ellen Degeneres’ 17th season. NBC’s official description for it reads like this, “Bradd Pitt; Sean Hayes; Naomi Osaka; Jaden Jefferson. Sean Hayes and Jaden Jefferson are spotlighted.”
If any of you guys find NBC’s alternative line of programming for the next two days enticing, you’ll probably want to still tune in to NBC to check it out.
If you absolutely don’t want to watch this alternative line of programming, you will certainly want to avoid watching NBC during the 12 pm to 1 pm central standard time slots this Thursday and Friday, September 17 and 18, 2020.
With that said, we do have some new intel for the next, new September 21, 2020 episode of Days Of Our Lives. NBC served up a couple of official teaser descriptions for it. So, we’re going to go over those real quick.

Now that our spoiler warning is out there, let’s dive into these September 21, 2020 episode teaser descriptions.
First off, it sounds like the September 21, 2020 episode will feature some very intense, dramatic,interesting and scandalous scenes.
In the new September 21,2020 episode, Shawn will end up finding Belle in Philip’s arms at some point. Allie is going to have a really intense moment with Sami when she totally goes off on her for not respecting her wishes!
Elsewhere, we’ll see Claire get a firm warning from Marlena in regards to Jan. Lastly, we’ll see Xander back in scandalous action when he tries to manipulate the hell out of Jan.
NBC’s official description for the September 21, 2020 episode reads like this, “Shawn finds Belle in Philip’s arms. Allie lays into Sami for going against her wishes. Marlena gives Claire a warning about Jan, and Xander tries to manipulate Jan.”
Again, NBC confirmed that the next, new episode of Days Of Our Lives will air this Monday, September 21, 2020 at approximately 12 pm central standard time.

Why do they have to take days of lives off can’t they put golf on a another channel
So will we miss the content for 9/17 & 18 or is the plan to go from 9/16 and the storyline will continue to 9/21?
I agree put golf or whatever your taking days of ourlives off for on Sept 17 an 18th literally!!!! its part of ourlives you make us suffer!!! were as addicted to our soaps as people are there sports its not fair!!! Put sports on a different channel or air days afterward where something else is least whatched!!! URRRRRRRRR
@Jan. Yes, the storyline will just pick up from where it left off in the September 16, 2020 episode.
It isn’t golf that preempted DOOL. Golf didn’t come on until 2PM. What a strange year 2020 has been. So many ??? that just keeps happening. If all the top people leave or are fired, what story line will be left???
Why does everything that pops up have to always take soap times? Why can’t they air at night during reruns. It only shows the ones in control do not respect soap fans.
