Days Of Our Lives October 8 & 9, 2020 Episodes Delayed,Pre-empted. Not Airing
Hey, “Days Of Our Lives” fans. We’re jumping on here to give you guys some very unfortunate Days Of Our Lives news. It turns out that NBC will not be airing your favorite soap opera this Thursday, October 8, 2020 and Friday, October 9,2020.
The good news is that NBC will get right back to airing brand new episodes of Days Of Our Lives on Monday,October 12, 2020 in its usual 12 pm central standard time slot. So, be sure to mark that very important date down on your TV show calendars.
What will NBC be airing instead of Days Of Our Lives this Thursday and Friday? According to the TV Guide listings, NBC is going to be providing LIVE coverage of the French Open Tennis Championships from 11 am to 2 pm central standard time.
On Thursday, October 8, 2020, NBC will air LIVE coverage of the Women’s semifinals match. NBC’s official description for it reads like this, “Women’s Semifinals match from Court Philippe-Chatrier at Roland Garros in Paris, France.”
On Friday, October 9, 2020, NBC will air the Men’s semifinals, French Open match. NBC’s official description for it reads like this, “The men’s semifinals match in Paris, France. From Court Philippe-Chatrier at Roland Garros.”
If any of you guys are fans of professional tennis, you might still want to flip on NBC tomorrow to catch these big tennis matches.
On the other hand, if you’re not a tennis fan, you will definitely want to start making other plans for this Thursday and Friday as soon as you can.

In the new October 12, 2020 episode, Melinda will be very busy trying to make Kristen squirm. Eli will have a very difficult time with a major dilemma. Abigail will try to get Chad to do her a favor done in regards to Jake. Elsewhere, Gwen will be in a very social mood as she will try to get to know Jack and Jennifer.
NBC’s official description for the next, new Monday, October 12, 2020 episode of Days Of Our Lives reads like this, “Melinda tries to unnerve Kristen. Eli struggles with his huge dilemma. Abigail asks Chad for a favor regarding Jake. Gwen gets to know Jack and Jennifer.”
