Hey, “Big Sky” fans. Unfortunately, we have some super bad news for you guys in this article. It turns out that Big Sky is officially on a Fall break right now. That means ABC will not be airing the next, new episode 6 of Big Sky’s current season 1 tonight, December 22, 2020.

In fact, they won’t be airing it for quite some time. It’ll be at least another month before you get to see it.

I know. It’s such a pain, especially considering the cliffhanger they capped episode 5 off with. I’m thinking the same thing as most of you guys. “Is Legarski really dead after Cassie shot him? He was stupid wasn’t he? He should’ve just shut the F up.”

Anyways, enough of that. Let’s go ahead and give you the official premiere date for episode 6. ABC has let us know that it’s currently scheduled to debut on Tuesday night, January 26, 2021 in its usual 9 pm central standard time slot. So, definitely be sure to mark down that extremely important date and time on your TV show calendars before you forget it.

So, what is ABC airing in place of the next, new episode 6 of Big Sky’s current season 1 tonight? Well, according to the TV guide listings, ABC will be airing a brand new episode of their game show, “Supermarket Sweep.” It will be episode 9 of its first season titled,”Serious Steaks on the Line.”

ABC’s official description for it reads like this, “Contestants from Virginia, New York, California, Georgia, Toronto, Louisiana and Wisconsin compete.”

Then, next Tuesday night, December 29, 2020, ABC will air a special, which is called, “The Year: 2020.”

ABC’s official description for it reads like this, “A look back at the events that defined the last 12 months, including the COVID-19 pandemic and the presidential election, as well as pop culture trends and other highlights.”

After that date, you guys will have to check your local listings to see what ABC has in store until January 26,2021 rolls around.

If any you guys find any interest in what ABC has cooked up for the next two weeks, you might still want to flip on ABC as you normally would during that time.

If you do not like what ABC will be airing in place of Big Sky, you will certainly want to get some other plans whipped up immediately.

Usually, during this part of an article like this, we would give you some additional info for the next, new episode. However, since ABC has not yet released any promotional materials for it, we won’t be able to do that this time. Heck, ABC hasn’t even released a title for episode 6 yet, and they usually always at least put out a title.

Anyways, we do have information on how Big Sky has performed ,numbers wise, for ABC. Currently, the show has averaged 4.043 million LIVE viewers per episode and a 0.66 ratings score for the 18-49 year old demographics.

The last episode 5, which aired last Tuesday night, December 15, 2020, brought in 3.957 million LIVE viewers and a 0.60 ratings score. Those numbers seem ok so far. We would definitely like to see them increase a little bit to guarantee a season 2 renewal from ABC.

If that LIVE viewership number could jump up over the 5 million per episode mark, that would be good enough I think. We’ll have to wait and see.

Season 1 is currently scheduled to feature 16 episodes in total. So, that’s very good news. You guys have a lot of new episodes to look forward to when season 1 resumes in late January 2021. We’ll definitely be back with more spoiler scoops at that time.

Again, ABC confirmed that the next, new episode 6 of Big Sky’s premiere season 1 is scheduled to finally arrive on Tuesday night, January 26, 2021 at approximately 9 pm central standard time.

If they want me to forget watching the show so be it. Jan 26 is 5 weeks away – yeah I will remember /s.

All I know is I planned my night tonight to watch Big Sky. Now I’m pissed.

It was good while it lasted but the plot line seemed like it would be a two season run at best.
