SWAT Season 4, December 23, 2020 Episode 7 Delayed. Not Airing For A While

Hey, “S.W.A.T.” fans. We are on here to unfortunately deliver some very bad news to you guys. It turns out that SWAT is currently on some type of break. So, CBS is not going to air the next, new episode 7 of SWAT’s current season 4 tonight, December 23, 2020.

This news gets much worse. It turns out that CBS won’t be airing the new episode 7 way,way until Wednesday night, January 13, 2021. It’s not super far out, but just far out enough to be quite a while. Anyways, the new episode 7 will air in its usual 9 pm central standard time slot on that night. So, be sure to definitely remember that very important date and time.

So, what does CBS have in store instead of the next, new episode 7 of SWAT’s current season 4 tonight? Well, according to the TV guide listings, CBS will be airing a repeat episode of SWAT. It’s the 10th episode of last season 3 titled, “Monster.”

CBS’ official description for it reads like this, “The SWAT team’s task to provide security for a warlord is threatened by assassins determined to take him out. Hondo’s father tries to make amends with his mother. Street’s foster brother asks for help with a corrupt boss.”

Next Wednesday night, December 30, 2020, CBS will air another repeat episode of SWAT. It will be the 11th episode of last season 3 titled, “Bad Cop.”

CBS’ official description for it reads like this, “Street’s foster brother Nate is ensnared in a criminal enterprise that could ruin them both. A ruthless crew uses deadly force while stealing from card casinos. Buck approaches Deacon to partner on a private security opportunity.”

Then on Wednesday night, January 6, 2021, CBS will air yet another repeat episode of SWAT. this one will be the 12th episode of last season 3 labeled, “Good Cop.”

CBS’ official description for it reads like this, “Hondo and the SWAT team rally to support Street when he puts his life on the line to help his foster brother Nate (Cory Hardrict)
break away from a drug ring.”

If any of you guys are up for some repeat episodes of SWAT over the next three weeks, CBS still might be the channel for you on Wednesday nights.

If you are not interested in watching these SWAT repeat episodes, you will most certainly want to get something else lined up right away.

With that said, we do have some new info for the next, new episode 7 of SWAT’s current season 4 from the good ole CBS folks. It’s an episode 7 press release. We’re going to go over it real quick.

It sounds like episode 7 will feature some very intense, dramatic, action-filled, suspenseful and possible emotional scenes.

In the new episode 7, a very dangerous sniper will be featured. This sniper will be targeting the Los Angeles Fire Department by setting all kinds of fires around the friggin city.

Apparently, the sniper’s intent is to lure in unsuspecting engine companies. In light of this, the SWAT crew will go to work to try and hunt down this sniper culprit.

A rivalry between Chris, Street and Tan will get super intense when Tan learns that there are bets being placed on which one of them will win the SWAT leadership competition.

Elsewhere, Street and Molly will be going through some turbulence with their relationship because of Street’s complicated past with his jail bird mother.

CBS’ official description for episode 7 reads like this, “The SWAT team goes on the hunt for a sniper who is targeting the Los Angeles Fire Department by setting fires around the city to lure in unsuspecting engine companies.

Also, the rivalry between Chris, Street and Tan ratchets up when Tan finds out there’s an internal betting pool on which of them will win the SWAT leadership competition. Street and Molly’s relationship is strained by his complicated history with his imprisoned mother.”

Episode 7 will feature a couple of guest stars. They are: Roberto Sanchez as character (Captain Hauser), Kimberly Fox as character (Bradley), Moe Irvin as character (Cooper), Colin McCalla as character (Collins), Tim Griffin as character (Max), Kevin Christy as character (Boone) and Susan Santiago as character (Mary).

Episode 7 will also feature a couple of recurring stars. They are: Lou Ferrigno, Jr. as character (Rocker), Laura James as character (Molly), Otis “Odie” Gallop as character (Stevens) and Lyndie Greenwood as character (Erika).

The season regulars that will be featured in episode 7 are: Shemar Moore as character (Daniel “Hondo” Harrelson), Alex Russell as character (Jim Street), Jay Harrington as character (David “Deacon” Kay), Lina Esco as character (Christina “Chris” Alonso), Kenny Johnson as character (Dominique Luca), David Lim as character (Victor Tan), Patrick St. Esprit as character (Commander Robert Hicks) and Amy Farrington as character (Lieutenant Piper Lynch).

Episode 7 was written by Andrew Dettman,and it was directed by Jann Turner.

Again, CBS confirmed that the next, new episode 7 of SWAT’s current season 4 is scheduled to hit the airwaves on Wednesday night,January 13, 2020 at approximately 9 pm central standard time.
