Happy Friday and weekend, “General Hospital” fans. We are back in action on this lovely Friday afternoon to give you guys the 411, spoiler scoops on what’s going down when General Hospital starts up its new week of drama this Monday, January 18,2021.

We were able to get our hands on another round of official spoiler scoops from the very kind ABC folks. So, we’re going to dive into those right now. Let’s go.


To start, it sounds like Monday’s new January 18, 2021, week-starting episode will feature some very interesting, emotional, dramatic and intense scenes as Carly makes a very hurtful decision!

Jax and Nina take a huge step forward. Ava almost lets a secret slip. Cameron and Trina contemplate what to tell Josslyn. Olivia runs to Robert for help and more.

We’ll go ahead and start off this spoiler session with the Carly situation. It turns out that she will indeed have very tough time in this episode as she will have to make a choice that’s very heart-wrenching as ABC describes it.

ABC’s official description for this latest Carly scenario tells us, “Carly has to make a heart-wrenching decision.” An alternate description reads like this, “Carly realizes that she has got to make one of the most difficult decisions she’s ever made.”


The second spoiler scoop reveals that Jax and Nina will have a very special-sounding moment in this episode as they will take a super huge, new step in their relationship!

ABC’s description for this Jax and Nina storyline tells us, “Jax and Nina take a big step in their relationship.”

We’re also officially hearing that Nina will become wise to Valentin’s games in the January 20, 2021 episode.

The 3rd spoiler teaser reveals that Ava will have a pretty serious-sounding moment in this episode as she will come very close to exposing a certain secret.


ABC’s description for this latest Ava scenario tells us, “Ava inadvertently comes closer to exposing a secret.” An alternate description reads like this, “Ava doesn’t even realize it, but she’s dangerously close to exposing a secret.”


The 4th spoiler scoop reveals that Cameron and Trina will have an intense moment of indecisiveness as they heavily contemplate exactly what it is they need to tell Josslyn.

ABC’s description for this Cameron and Trina plotline tells us, “Cameron and Trina wonder what to tell Josslyn.”

What will they ultimately decide? That is the very important question we’ll be looking to see get answered in this particular storyline.


The 5th and last teaser description lets us know that Olivia will most certainly be in need of some help in this episode. So, she will end up running to Robert to get it.

ABC’s description for this Olivia and Robert storyline tells us, “Olivia seeks Robert’s help.” An alternate description reads like this, “Olivia turns to Robert for help.”


Some other things we’re hearing about Olivia is that she will seek out Tracy to get some answers to her questions in the January 19, 2021 episode.
