Young And The Restless January 20, 2021 Episode Delayed, Preempted In The USA
Hey, “Young And The Restless” fans. We hope you are having a lovely Tuesday or had a lovely Tuesday depending on when you’re reading this. Anyways, we’ll just get right straight to the point. This isn’t good news. Apparently, The CBS folks will not be airing a new episode of The Young And The Restless tomorrow, January 20, 2021.
Fortunately, there is a bright side to this. This particular delay is confined to just one day. CBS will start back airing totally new episodes of The Young And The Restless this Thursday morning, January 21, 2021 at approximately 11:30 am central standard time. So, be sure to not forget that very important date and time.
So, what has caused CBS to change up their programming tomorrow and not air a new Young And The Restless episode? We do have the answer to that question. It turns out that CBS in conjunction with other major networks like NBC and ABC will be presenting LIVE coverage for the Presidential inauguration of the latest President-elect Joe Biden. That means nobody gets a new soap opera episode tomorrow.
CBS will be providing the longest amount of coverage for this event, clocking in about 7, full hours of coverage! That’s right. They’re going to start at 8 am and end it off at 3 pm central standard time.
CBS’ official description for this Joe Biden, Presidential Inauguration event reads like this, “CBS News: The Presidential Inauguration of Joseph R. Biden. Norah O’Donnell leads coverage of the day’s events. Scheduled performers include Lady Gaga, Jennifer Lopez and Garth Brooks.”
It sounds like this special will have some pretty lively, musical entertainment on hand. If any of you guys want to check it out, you might still want to keep CBS on your to-watch channel list tomorrow.
If you absolutely don’t want to watch even a moment of this Presidential inauguration special, you will certainly want to get some other plans whipped up as quick you can for tomorrow.
Again, CBS confirmed that brand new episodes of The Young And The Restless will start back up this Thursday morning,January 21, 2021 at approximately 11:30 am central standard time.
