SWAT Season 4, January 20, 2021 Episode 8 Delayed. Not Airing Tonight

Hey, “S.W.A.T.” fans. Unfortunately, we had to jump back on here ,real quick, to inform you guys of some bad news we’ve just learned. It turns out that the next,new episode 8 of SWAT’s current season 4 has been delayed by CBS tonight, January 20, 2021.

On a brighter note, you guys can officially expect to see the new episode 8 finally hit the airwaves next Wednesday night, January 27, 2021 in its usual 9 pm central standard time slot on CBS of course. So, be sure to not forget that very important date and time.

So, what in the heck is CBS airing instead of the next, new episode 8 of SWAT’s current season 4 tonight? Well, according to the TV Guide listings, CBS is airing a repeat episode of Magnum P.I. It’s the premiere episode 1 of season 3 titled,”Double Jeopardy.”

CBS’ official description for it reads like this,”New clients hire Magnum and Higgins to find their missing brother, which results in Higgins getting shot and TC abducted. Higgins and Magnum are surprised when her surgeon asks her out.”

If any of you guys are also Magnum PI fans and want to check out this repeat episode, CBS might still be the channel for you tonight. If not, you will certainly want to make other arrangements right this second.

With that said, we do have new info for the next, new episode 8 of SWAT’s current season 4 via CBS’ official episode 8 press release. So, we’re going to reveal its contents right now.

It does contain some light spoiler teasers. So, if spoilers aren’t your thing, we do highly advise that you exit this article right this millisecond.

Now that our spoiler warning is out there, let’s talk about the new episode 8. It’s officially labeled/titled,”Crusade.”

It sounds like episode 8 will feature some very intense, dramatic, action-filled, possible suspenseful and emotional scenes.

In the new episode 8, the SWAT team will be back in action as they put on a very intense search for a group of crazy extremists that are plotting out and executing detailed attacks on local businesses!

Elsewhere, Deacon and his wife Annie will take some of the spotlight in this episode. Apparently, they will have a tiff over Annie wanting to put their daughter Lila in a private school.

CBS’ official description for episode 8 reads like this, “SWAT searches for a group of extremists carrying out coordinated attacks against local businesses. Also, Deacon and his wife, Annie, find themselves at odds when Annie wants to enroll their daughter, Lila, in private school.”

Episode 8 will feature a lot of guest stars. They are: Joy Osmanski as character (Agent Carr), Adam Aalderks as character (Durham), Geoff Meed as character (Matthews), Isabella Hoffman as character (Mrs. Evans), Larissa Jewel as character (Evie).

Guest stars continued: Traci Belushi as character (Naomi), Michael Miranda as character (Santos), Patrick Day as character (Ernie), Guido Cocomello as character (Doug), Nancy De Mayo as character (Sloane), Juanita Jennings as character (Faith), Ptosha Storey as character (Vanessa), Becca Beton as character (Tattoo Girl), Payson Lewis as character (May) and Kristina Kepner as character (EMT).

Episode 8 will feature a couple of recurring stars. They are: Bre Blair as character (Annie) and Lyndie Greenwood as character (Erika).

The season regulars that will be featured in episode 8 are: Shemar Moore as character (Daniel “Hondo” Harrelson), Alex Russell as character (Jim Street), Jay Harrington as character (David “Deacon” Kay), Lina Esco as character (Christina “Chris” Alonso), Kenny Johnson as character (Dominique Luca), David Lim as character (Victor Tan), Patrick St. Esprit as character (Commander Robert Hicks) and Amy Farrington as character (Lieutenant Piper Lynch).

Episode 8 was written by Sarah Alderson, and it was directed by Billy Gierhart.

Again, CBS confirmed that the next, new episode 8 of SWAT’s current season 4 is scheduled to arrive next Wednesday night, January 21, 2021 at approximately 9 pm central standard time.
