New Magnum PI Season 4 Spoilers For October 1, 2021 Premiere Episode 1 Revealed
Hey, “Magnum P.I.” fans. It’s that time again. The new season 4 has finally arrived for your favorite CBS drama Magnum P.I. season 4. We know it’s been a very long, 3-month wait for you guys, but the wait has finally ended, and we are back to give you a couple of new spoiler scoops for the new premiere episode 1, which is airing tonight, October 1, 2021.
The terrific folks over at CBS were nice enough to serve up a couple of new, official teaser descriptions for the new episode 1 in their official episode 1 press release. So, we’re going to dive into those right now. Let’s get to it.
First off, CBS’ press release for this new episode 1 has let us know that episode 1 does indeed have an official title. It’s called, “Island Vibes.”
It sounds like episode 1 will feature some very intense, dramatic, action-filled, interesting and possible suspenseful scenes as Magnum tries to locate a single mom who is in a ton of danger! Juliet has a misstep, which causes her to work with a past employer. Rick gets hit with both good and bad news and more.
We’ll go ahead and start off this spoiler session with the Magnum situation. It turns out that Magnum will be up to a couple of things in this episode. Apparently, he’s in a new relationship that he’s currently trying to hide from everyone else.
Then, at one point, Magnum is going to get a new case thrown in his direction. It involves him having to track down the whereabouts of a poor, single mother who is being hunted by some very dangerous gangs!
CBS’ official description for this latest Magnum plotline reads like this, “As Magnum tries to keep his new relationship a secret and handles cases solo while Higgins is away, he is tasked with finding a single mom being hunted by two very dangerous gangs.”
The second spoiler scoop reveals that we will certainly see character Juliet Higgins in action in this episode. When we see her, she’s going to be off somewhere with Ethan, and she will end up having some sort of misstep, which causes her to have to help out an employer from her past.
CBS’ description for this latest Juliet Higgins situation reads like this,”While Higgins is abroad with Ethan, a misstep forces her to assist an old employer.”
The 3rd and last teaser description for the new, premiere episode 1 lets us know that Rick will have a few moments of screentime in this episode. When he does, he will be in the midst of getting some bad news. However, that will be followed up with very, very good news.
CBS’ description for this latest Rick scenario reads like this, “Rick gets some bad, but also very, very good news on the fourth season premiere of MAGNUM P.I.”
Episode 1 will not have any guest stars that we know of. The season regulars that will be featured in episode 1 are: Jay Hernandez as character (Thomas Magnum), Perdita Weeks as character (Juliet Higgins), Zachary Knighton as character (Orville “Rick” Wright), Stephen Hill as character (Theodore “TC” Calvin), Tim Kang as character (Det. Gordon Katsumoto) and Amy Hill as character (Kumu).
Episode 1 was written by Eric Guggenheim & Gene Hong, and it was directed by Bryan Spicer.
CBS’ press released confirmed that the new, premiere episode 1 of Magnum PI’s new season 4 is indeed scheduled to hit the airwaves on Friday night, October 1, 2021 at approximately 8 pm central standard time. It will also be available to stream live and on demand on Paramount+.
