FBI International Season 1, December 14, 2021 Episode 9 Delayed. Not Airing For A While

Hey, “FBI: International” fans. We’re back on here with some unfortunate news for you guys. For some unknown reason, CBS is not going to air the next, new episode 9 of FBI: International’s current, premiere season 1 tonight, December 14, 2021. What’s worse, is that episode 9 will continue to be delayed for a few more weeks. It’s currently in the midst of a three-week delay.

CBS has informed us that they do intend to air the new episode 9 on Tuesday night,January 4, 2022 in its usual, 8 pm central standard time slot. So, definitely be sure to hold that very important date and time deep in your memory.

We do know what CBS will be airing instead of the next, new episode 9 of FBI: International’s current season 1 tonight. According to the TV guide listings, CBS will air a new episode of “FBI: Most Wanted.” It will be the 9th episode of its current season 3 titled, “Run-Hide-Fight.”

CBS’ official description for it reads like this, “While holiday shopping, Barnes and Jess are caught in the middle of a mall shooting; Gaines, Hana and Ortiz try to help from the outside, knowing their team’s family members are inside and at risk.”

Then, next Tuesday night, December 21, 2021, CBS will air a repeat episode of FBI: International. It will be the 3rd episode of its season 1 titled, “Secrets as Weapons.”

CBS’ official description for it reads like this, “The team investigates when the hijacking of millions worth of cryptocurrency en route to a safety vault in Switzerland leaves an American transporter dead and another on the run.”

On Tuesday night, December 28, 2021, CBS will air another repeat episode of FBI: International. It will be the 4th episode of its current season 1 titled, “American Optimism.”

CBS’ official description for it reads like this, “The team investigates an American citizen who is proclaiming his innocence after seeking sanctuary at Madrid’s U.S. embassy while still covered in the blood of his murdered Spanish boyfriend. Also, Vo and Raines continue to grow their friendship.”

If that alternate line of programming sounds somewhat enticing to any of you guys, you might still want to keep CBS on your watchlist for Tuesday nights during this 3-week delay. If not, you’ll definitely want to make some other plans until that magical, January 4, 2022, date gets here.

Spoiler Warning: For those of you who like spoiler scoops, you’re in luck because we managed to track down a couple of new, official teaser descriptions for the next, new episode 9 of FBI: International’s current, premiere season 1 via CBS’ official episode 9 press release. So, we’re going to tell you what those are right now.

To start, CBS let us know that this new episode 7 is officially labeled/titled, “One Kind Of Madmaa.” It sounds like episode 9 will feature some very intense, adventurous, action-filled, interesting, emotional, suspenseful and scandalous scenes.

CBS’ official description for episode 9 reads like this, “The team jets to Bulgaria when terrorists hold hostage for millions in cryptocurrency a concert hall filled with multinational student performers and their families. Also, Raines is intent on proving his field skills, and Forrester receives news of their dog, Tank on the CBS Original series FBI: INTERNATIONAL.”

Episode 9 will feature quite a few guest stars. They are: Nicholas Kolev as character (Aleks Yanev), Roberto Davide as character (Ivo Kostov), Louie Threlfall as character (Petar), Nick Gracer as character (Commissar Iliev), Michole Briana White as character (Helen McCree), James Hightower as character (Jason), Tamás Podlovics as character (Gjorg), Patrik Karlson as character (Doctor Matyas), Dávid Csányi as character (Albanian #1), Sandro Nicolini as character (Albanian #2) and Gabriel Bossa as character (Albanian #3).

The season regulars that will be featured in episode 9 are: Luke Kleintank as character (Special Agent Scott Forrester), Heida Reed as character (Special Agent Jamie Kellett), Carter Redwood as character (Special Agent Andre Raines), Vinessa Vidotto as character (Special Agent Cameron Vo) and Christiane Paul as character (Europol Agent Katrin Jaeger).

Episode 9 was written by Roxanne Paredes, and it was directed by Michael Katleman.

CBS’ press release confirmed that the next, new episode 9 of FBI: International’s current, premiere season 1 is scheduled to finally hit the air on Tuesday night, January 4, 2021 at approximately 8 pm central standard time. It will also be available to stream live and on demand on Paramount+.
