New SWAT Season 5 Spoilers For May 15, 2022 Episode 21 Revealed

Hey, “S.W.A.T.” fans. It’s that time again. We are back on here to go over what the next, new episode 21 of SWAT’s current season 5 will be serving up when it hits the air next Sunday night, May 15, 2022.

We were able to get our hands on a couple of new, official teaser descriptions for this new episode 21 from the terrific folks over at CBS by way of their official episode 21 press release. So, we’re definitely going to present those to you right now. Let’s go.

For starters, CBS let us know that this new episode 21 of SWAT’s current season 5 does have an official name/title. It’s called,”Zodiac.” It sounds like episode 21 will feature some very intense, dramatic, scandalous, action-filled, suspenseful, interesting and emotional scenes as a deadly home invasion goes down! Leroy looks to Hondo for help and more.

We’ll go ahead and start off this spoiler session with the deadly home invasion situation. Yep, it turns out that something really, really bad will happen in this episode when a deadly home invasion takes place! This terrible event will definitely prompt the SWAT team into serious action. They will race against time to try and retrieve priceless antique artifacts before anyone else loses their life.

CBS’ official description for this deadly home invasion storyline tells us, “When a home invasion turns deadly, the SWAT team embarks on a race to track down priceless antique artifacts before any more lives are lost.”

An alternate description reads like this, “THE TEAM EMBARKS ON A MISSION TO SAVE INNOCENT LIVES THREATENED BY THE PURSUIT OF PRICELESS ANTIQUE ARTIFACTS.”

The second and final spoiler scoop for this new episode 21 lets us know that Leroy will be in action at some point. Apparently, a certain overdose situation is going to hit home for Leroy. So, we’re going to see Leroy hit up Hondo for some assistance.

CBS’ description for this Leroy and Hondo situation reads like this, “Leroy (Michael Beach)
enlists Hondo’s help after an overdose hits close to home.”

Episode 21 will feature quite a few guest stars. They are: Michael Beach as character (Leroy), Lombardo Boyar as character (Det. Rios), Carl Lumbly as character (Saint), Anne Leighton as character (Claire), Steele Stebbins as character (Adam), Clark Moore as character (Rick), Samantha Svensson Riggs as character (Caitlin).

Guest stars continued: Pasha Lynchnikoff as character (Maxim), Joshua Nazaroff as character (Ivan), Victoria Washington as character (Tutor), Staci Lynn as character Fletcher (Mary), Lilli Birdsell as character (Jane), TK Richardson as character (Damone) and Gigi Bermingham as character (Grandmother).

The season regulars that will be featured in episode 21 are: Shemar Moore as character (Daniel “Hondo” Harrelson), Alex Russell as character (Jim Street), Jay Harrington as character (David “Deacon” Kay), Lina Esco as character (Christina “Chris” Alonso), Kenny Johnson as character (Dominique Luca), David Lim as character (Victor Tan) and Patrick St. Esprit as character (Commander Robert Hicks).

Episode 21 was written by Kent Rotherham & Mellori Velasquez, and it was directed by Cherie Dvorak.

CBS’ press released confirmed that the next, new episode 21 of SWAT’s current season 5 is indeed scheduled to hit the airwaves next Sunday night, May 15, 2022 at approximately 9 pm central standard time. It will also be available to stream live and on demand on Paramount+.
