NCIS Season 20 December 12, 2022 Episode 10 Delayed. Not Airing For A While

Hey, “NCIS” fans. Unfortunately, we have some bad news for you guys in this article. It turns out that your favorite show NCIS has ran into another delay wall. That means CBS is not going to air the next, new episode 10 of NCIS’ current season 20 tonight, December 12, 2022. They’re also not going to air it for the rest of December 2022.

Nope, new NCIS episodes are currently being delayed for about 4 weeks. CBS has let us know that they plan to air the new episode 10 on Monday night, January 9, 2023 in the 7 pm central standard time slot. It’s going to air in the 7 pm central time slot for just that special night because this episode 10 will be a part of a 3-hour crossover episode with NCIS: Hawaii and NCIS: Los Angeles. So, definitely remember that very important information.

We did look up what CBS is airing instead of new NCIS episodes during this 4-week delay period. According to the TV guide listings, CBS has a couple of repeat, NCIS episodes ready to go. Tonight, they’re going to re-air the 17th episode of last season 19 titled, “Starting Over.”

CBS’ official description for it reads like this, “NCIS investigates the apparent suicide of a retired Navy officer who was in Palmer and Knight’s grief group. Torres gets a call from NCIS Special Agent Jane Tennant to come to Hawaii.”

Next Monday night, December 19, 2022, CBS will re-air the 5th episode of last season 19 titled, “Face The Strange.” CBS’ official description for it reads like this, “The NCIS team investigates the death of a Navy commander whose body suddenly explodes before Jimmy can examine it.”

On Monday night, December 26, 2022, CBS is going to re-air the 11th episode of last season 19 titled, “All Hands.” CBS’ official description for it reads like this, “After a civilian research vessel in the North Atlantic picks up a small boat of wounded Navy officers, NCIS arrives on the ship and is forced to hide after discovering terrorists on board. Also, Agent Knight takes a paper doll with her on the mission to capture photos for her niece’s grade school class.”

If any of you guys are down for watching those particular repeat episode of NCIS, you might still want to watch CBS during this 4-week delay period as you normally would on Monday nights. If you only want to see new NCIS episodes, you will certainly want to get other plans lined up for the next 4 weeks.

Spoiler Warning: We did track down some new, official teaser info for the next, new episode 10 of NCIS’ current season 20 from CBS’ official episode 10 press release.

It let us know that episode 10 is officially named/titled, “Too Many Cooks.” CBS’ official description for episode 10 reads like this, “NCIS agents from Washington, D.C., L.A. and Hawai’i, all in D.C. to attend the retirement party of a beloved Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) professor, find themselves investigating his shocking suicide on the CBS Original series NCIS.

An alternate description reads like this, “NCIS AGENTS UNITE IN D.C. TO ATTEND THE RETIREMENT PARTY OF A BELOVED PROFESSOR, BUT FIND THEMSELVES INVESTIGATING HIS SHOCKING SUICIDE. The Episode Kicks Off a Three-Episode “NCISverse” Crossover Event.”

Again, CBS confirmed that the next, new episode 10 of NCIS’ current season 20 is scheduled to finally show up on Monday night, January 9, 2023 at approximately 7 pm central standard time. It will also be available to stream live and on demand on Paramount+.

    I’m kinda done with NCIS. On again, off again programming.
    I’ll catch the episodes when they rerun later. Not worth my time to plan my day for a no show, especially when they could let us know in advance they aren’t airing.

    I guess NCIS Hawaii can’t make it in their own so trying to use watchers of NCIS to boost ratings! I guess we’ll stop watching NCIS too because we Dint agree with Hawaii NCIS content!

    Why do I need to moderate my comment??? CBS just throws unwanted content without warning unsuspecting audience so what I said before is just the facts that we may have to give up NCIS as well if this keeps up!
