Fantasy Island Season 2 March 13, 2023 Episode 9 Delayed. Not Airing For A While
Hey, “Fantasy Island” fans. Unfortunately, we’ve got some super bad news for you guys in this article. For some unknown reason to us, the people over at FOX are not going to air the next, new episode 9 of Fantasy Island’s current season 2 tonight, March 13, 2023. We can also confirm that they’re not airing it next Monday night, March 20, 2023.
Yeah, right now, we can only confirm this 2-week delay of Fantasy Island, but it actually might be longer because we don’t actually have an official air date from FOX for the new episode 9. They had put out a press release for it to originally air tonight, but then they changed it, and they didn’t provide a new air date.
So, we’re pretty much in the dark in regards to when FOX plans to finally air the new episode 9. The only thing we can tell you, right now, is that we’ll give you an update in the future when FOX finally gets around to revealing when they plan to air the new episode 9.
In the meantime, we can tell you what will be airing in Fantasy Island’s vacant time slot tonight and next Monday night. According to the TV guide listings, FOX is going to air a repeat episode of one of their new reality shows titled, “Farmer Wants a Wife.” This episode will be the very first episode 1 of its season 1 titled, “Welcome to the Farms.”
FOX’s official description for this repeat episode 1 of Farmer Wants A Wife season 1 reads like this, “Meeting the four farmers looking for love in the heartland.”
Next Monday night, March 20, 2023 Fox is going to air a new TMZ special titled, “TMZ Investigates: 9/11: The Fifth Plane.” FOX’s official description for it reads like this, “Four airliners are turned into weapons of mass destruction on Sept. 11, 2001, but a fifth plane may also have been targeted by hijackers. TMZ investigates the untold story of United Flight 23, with never-before-heard interviews from the crew.”
After the March 20, 2023 date, you guys will need to check your local listings to see what FOX will be serving up on Monday nights in the 8 pm central time slot.
If any of you guys find this alternate line of programming to be enticing at all, you might still want to watch FOX’s 8 pm central time slot shows tonight and next Monday night. If you only want to see new Fantasy Island episodes, you will definitely want to get some other plans lined up until further notice.
Fantasy Island season 2 is currently averaging 1.830 million LIVE viewers per episode,and a 0.22 ratings score for the 18-49 year old demographics. The most recent episode 8, which aired last Monday night, March 6, 2023, drew in 1.983 million LIVE viewers, and a 0.23 ratings score.
Again, FOX has yet to reveal when the next, new episode 9 of Fantasy Island’s current season 2 will finally hit the air. So, we will have to give you that very important information at a later date when FOX finally reveals it.

It is a wonderful show with more modern stories and away from the “drama” of daily life. I do hope they continue it. Sure, maybe many of the youngest won’t tune it in BUT, in our 60’s, so many of us enjoy it immensly.
