New American Idol April 16 & 17, 2023 Episodes 11 And 12 Preview Revealed
Hey, “American Idol” fans. We are back on here to let you know that ABC has another new set of American Idol episodes to deliver to you guys tonight, April 16, 2023 and tomorrow night,April 17, 2023. That’s right, guys. Tonight’s new episode will be the 11th one of American Idol’s current season 21, and tomorrow night’s new episode will be the 12th one. We’ve got a preview session for both of them in this article.
ABC put out an official press release for both episodes 11 and 12. So, we’re going to certainly dig into them to deliver this preview session. We’ve also got some extra info from the folks over at MJSbigblog.com.
In tonight’s new, April 16, 2023 episode, you guys are going to see the Top 26 at Disney’s Aulani Resort in Hawaii Part #1. R&B singer/songwriter Allen Stone is going to show up to mentor the contestants who are looking to get America’s vote for the first time this season. Yep, that’s right, guys. It will now be up to you at home to decide which contestant advances forward to the next round in these new set of episodes. So, things are definitely going to get a little bit more exciting at this point.
ABC’s official description for tonight’s new, April 16, 2023 episode reads like this,”America’s favorite singing competition returns to Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa in Ko Olina, Hawaii. Soul and R&B singer-songwriter Allen Stone mentors Idol hopefuls vying for America’s first open vote of the season.”
In tomorrow night’s new, April 17, 2023 episode, you guys are going to see the 2nd part of this Top 26 at Disney’s Aulani Resort in Hawaii edition. Along with seeing more performances from contestants looking to score America’s vote, you will also see 23 year old, Grammy Award-nominated singer Noah Lindsey Cyrus show up to give the contestants some mentoring sessions.
ABC’s official description for tomorrow night’s new April 17, 2023 episode reads like this, “Idol waves aloha to Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa in Ko Olina, Hawaii, wrapping up two nights of incredible performances. GRAMMY® Award-nominated artist Noah Cyrus serves as mentor, offering advice to contestants hoping to earn America’s vote.”
Some extra information we got from the people over at MJSbigblog reveals that the top 26 contestants will get split up into two groups of 13. So, you guys are going to see 13 singers perform tonight, April 16, 2023, and 13 perform tomorrow night, April 17, 2023.
They’re claiming that some photos of contestant Paige Anne recently surfaced that reveal she made the top 26. Apparently, fans were led to believe she got eliminated in a sing-off against Megan Danielle. However, one of the contestants dropped out. So, Paige Anne got to take that person’s spot.
America will get to cast their votes both tonight and tomorrow night during the performances. Then, the results of those votes will be revealed in the Sunday night, April 23, 2023 episode.
The contestants that you guys will see perform in tonight’s new, April 16, 2023 episode are: ELISE KRISTINE, EMMA BUSSE, HAVEN MADISON, IAM TONGI, KAEYRA, LUCY LOVE, MARIAH FAITH, MATT WILSON, NAILYAH SERENITY, OLIVER STEELE, PJAE, WARREN PEAY and ZACHARIAH SMITH.
The contestants that you guys will see perform in tomorrow night’s new, April 17, 2023 episode are: COLIN STOUGH, DAWSON WAYNE, ELIJAH MCCORMICK, HANNAH NICOLAISEN, MALIK HEARD, MARYBETH BYRD, MEGAN DANIELLE, MICHAEL WILLIAMS, NUTSA, OLIVIA SOLI, PAIGE ANNE, TYSON VENEGAS and WÉ ANI.
ABC’s press releases confirmed that American Idol is brand new tonight, April 16, 2023 and tomorrow night, April 17, 2023. Both episodes will be 2 hours long, and they will air at approximately 7 pm central standard time.
