New 60 Minutes April 23, 2023 Episode Preview Revealed

That’s right, guys. Tonight’s new episode will be the 31st installment of 60 Minutes’ current season 55, and we’ve got some new preview information for it.
The CBS people did release an official press release for tonight’s new, April 23, 2023 episode. So, that is certainly what we’ll be taking a look at for this preview session. Let’s get into it.
The first description for tonight’s new, April 23, 2023 edition reveals that the 60 Minutes team is going to do a special segment with a man named Ray Epps who was at the center of the January 6, 2021 conspiracy theory. During this segment, American journalist Bill Whitaker is going to chat with Ray Epps and his wife Robyn.
Ray is notorious for being one of the people who initiated the January 6,2021 attack. The conspiracy theory claims that Ray was a secret agent of the “deep state,” and that claim has actually been promoted by members of Congress. This has caused Ray and his family to get attacked with death threats and harassment that is so bad they’ve been forced to sell their ranch in Arizona and go into hiding!
CBS’ official description for this Ray Epps interview segment reads like this, “Correspondent Bill Whitaker meets with Ray Epps and his wife, Robyn, in their first television interview. Epps is notorious among consumers of right-wing media as the man who initiated the Jan. 6 attack to undermine President Trump.
The convoluted theory posits Epps was a secret agent of the “deep state,” and it has been promoted by members of Congress. Death threats and harassment forced the Epps to sell their Arizona ranch and go into hiding. The second description reveals that the 60 Minutes team will take a look at American medical charity volunteers for an organization called, “White Helmets” who have braved the odss in war-torn northwest Syria.
CBS’ description for this White Helmets segment reads like this, “An American medical charity and volunteers for the White Helmets who braved the odds in Syria.” An alternate description tells us, “The work of the White Helmets, a medical charity in war-torn northwest Syria.”
The 3rd and last description for tonight’s new, April 23, 2023 episode lets us know that the 60 Minutes team will do a special segment with actor Nicolas Cage. During it, he will be seen reflecting on his long career.
CBS’ description for this Nicolas Cage segment reads like this, “Actor Nicolas Cage, who reflects on his career.”
CBS’ press release confirmed that 60 Minutes is brand new again tonight, April 23, 2023, and it will hit the air at approximately 6 pm central standard time.
