Hey, “Law & Order” fans. We are back in action ,today, because NBC will be serving up another new episode of Law & Order tonight, May 18, 2023. This next, new episode of Law & Order’s current season 22 will be the finale episode 22 to wrap up this season. So, be sure to savor every minute of it. We do have some new spoiler info for it.
NBC served up an official teaser description for one of episode 22’s main storylines via their official episode 22 press release synopsis. So, we’re going to certainly dig into it for this spoiler session. Let’s go.
For starters, there is an official title for this new episode 22 of Law & Order season 22. The writers decided to name it, “OPEN WOUNDS.” It sounds like episode 22 will feature some very scandalous, intense, dramatic, interesting, action-filled and emotional scenes.
In this new episode 22, the shooting of a senator will be the main focus of this storyline that NBC served up. Yep, it turns out that another massive scandal will go down in this episode as a senator will get shot up while attending his daughter’s wedding!
During the court case, McCoy will try to get a very severe sentence. However, he will face resistance from a very formidable defense attorney, which just happens to be McCoy’s own daughter. Price will attempt to take a neutral stance. However, he will end up empathizing with the defendant over a shared trauma.
NBC’s official description for this new episode 22 of Law & Order season 22 reads like this, “A senator is gunned down at his daughter’s wedding. McCoy pushes for a severe sentence and squares up against a formidable DA – his own daughter. Price aims to stay neutral but can’t help but empathize with the defendant over a shared trauma.”
NBC’s press release confirmed that the next, new, finale episode 22 of Law & Order’s current season 22 is indeed scheduled to show up on your TV sets tonight, May 18, 2023 at approximately 7 pm central standard time.
