On TV Tonight May 26, 2023 Schedule Preview Revealed
Hey, TV fans. Happy Friday and weekend. We are back in action to let you know what will be airing tonight, May 26, 2023 on the major networks: ABC, FOX, NBC and ABC. There’s a couple of new shows airing tonight, but for the most part, you’re getting reruns since the Fall/Spring season is over.
ABC is going to air a New Face Of Hollywood special, and a 20/20 repeat episode.”
The New Face of Hollywood — A Soul of a Nation Presentation is brand new. ABC’s official description for it reads like this: “Delving into the rise of Asians in Hollywood, in honor of Asian American, Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander Heritage Month; featuring interviews with actors Michelle Yeoh and Ke Huy Quan, and Oscar-winning producer Jonathan Wang.” It’s airing at 7 pm central standard time.
The 20/20 repeat is episode 19 of season 44 titled,”Dead Man Talking.” ABC’s official description for it reads like this: “A Texas veterinarian is accused of murdering her military hero husband.” It’s airing from 8 pm to 10 pm central standard time.
FOX is airing a new episode of WWE Friday Night Smackdown It’s episode 21 of season 25. FOX’s official description for it reads like this: “The Superstars of World Wrestling Entertainment do battle in elaborate, long-running rivalries in a weekly two-hour showdown.” It’s airing from 7 pm to 9 pm central standard time.
CBS is airing the 2013 movie titled, “Star Trek Into Darkness.” CBS’ official description for it reads like this: “After an act of terrorism leaves him with a personal score to settle, Capt. Kirk (Chris Pine) defies Starfleet regulations and leads his crew (Zachary Quinto, Karl Urban, Zoë Saldana) on a mission to capture a powerfully destructive force.” It’s airing from 7 pm to 10 pm central standard time.
NBC is airing repeat episodes of That’s My Jam and Dateline NBC tonight.
The That’s My Jam repeat will be episode 6 of season 2 titled,”Simu Liu & Halle Bailey vs. Chloe Bailey & Adam Lambert.” NBC’s official description for it reads like this: “Jimmy Fallon invites celebrity guests Simu Liu, Halle Bailey, Chloe Bailey and Adam Lambert to compete in a series of music, dance and trivia-based games and musical performances, including Launch the Mic, Vinyl Countdown and Don’t Fear the Speaker.” It’s airing from 7 pm to 8 pm central standard time.
The Dateline NBC repeat will be episode 12 of season 28 titled, “In a Lonely Place.” NBC’s official description for it reads like this: “The man convicted of murdering California entrepreneur Chris Smith speaks out.” It’s airing from 8 pm to 10 pm central standard time.
