Big Brother October 10 Evicted Rubina Bernabe In Live Eviction Episode (Recap)
Hey, “Big Brother” fans. Tonight, October 10, 2024, another new, LIVE eviction episode for Big Brother’s current season 26 did indeed hit the air, and we finally found out who got evicted and who our final three houseguests are.
Tonight’s new, LIVE eviction episode kicked off with the completion of the latest POV (Power Of Veto) competition. Makensy won it. Afterwards, we got footage of some conversations that took place. Cam told the Diary room aka the private cams, “I’m just tired of losing. Makensy has the veto. I will talk to Makensy and see how I can benefit her game. I hope she decides to keep me.”
Rubina told the private cams,”I will try to convince Makensy to keep me.” Makensy told Chelsie,”I don’t know what to do.” Chelsie told the private cams, “I need to convince Makensy to keep Cam.”
After all of that, we got new footage of the jury house. During it, Kimo was seen joining T’kor, Leah, Quinn and Angela. Kimo showed them a video of his eviction week. Angela told the private cams, “I think Makensy would win in a final two.” Quinn told the private cams, “Makensy’s game has ramped up towards the end, and Cheslie has been the mob boss of this season.”
Next, we saw a special segment, featuring last season’s winner Jag talking with host Julie Chen-Moonves about this season. Jag thought Makensy getting rid of Leah was the worst move of this season, and Chelsie being able to manipulate Makensy into getting rid of Leah was the best move of this season. His guess for who will win this season is Chelsie. He thinks she’s set herself up well for the end game.
Next, we got some more conversation footage. Rubina campaigned to Makensy. She pitched that Chelsie is more likely to pick Cam over her for a final two.” Makensy told the private cams, “I think Rubina is more likely to take me to the end over Cam. So, I’m leaning towards keeping Rubina.”
Chelsie told the private cams, “Evicting Cam is probably better for Makensy’s game, but I care what’s best for my game. So, I’m trying to get her to keep Cam.” Chelsie told Makensy that Cam would lose in a final two against both of us. Makensy told the private cams, “Chelsie made a lot of good points, but I’m still not convinced because I think Cam would take Chelsie over me.”
Cam talked with Makensy. Cam told Makensy, “I need to take you to the end for shock value to have any chance of winning.” Makensy told the private cams, “I still really need to think about this decision because Cam could totally be lying to me and make me look stupid.”
Next, we got the LIVE POV ceremony. During it, Makensy decided to use her veto to take herself off the block. Rubina took Makensy’s place on the block by default. Then, they gave their final plea speeches to Makensy. After that, Makensy cast her sole vote to evict Rubina, stating she wanted to stay true to the people she’s been working with the entire game.
Rubina gave her exit interview with host Julie Chen-Moonves. Rubina told Julie, “I’m not really surprised because they said they had a final three. I meant it when I told Makensy I would take her to the final two. I’m not afraid to sit next to a strong woman. I felt closer to Makensy.”
In regards to Tucker leaving, Rubina said, “It became easier for me to focus on the game after Tucker left. I hope there’s still an opportunity with Tucker, but I don’t have any expectations. It was just finally nice to connect with someone after 4 years of being single. This is the craziest experience I’ve had, and I wouldn’t trade it for anything.”
