New Interstellar Movie Delivered Great Drama,Action,Twists & More

Paramount Pictures released their new sci-fi/drama movie, “Interstellar,” into theaters this weekend. I checked it out yesterday, and thought it was way better than I originally thought it would be. It had a runtime of an epic 3 hours that I found to be quite interesting the whole time. It delivered non-stop drama,action and major plot twists that just kept my head spinning. It stars: Matthew McConaughey, Anne Hathaway, Jessica Chastain, Ellen Burstyn, John Lithgow, Michael Caine, Casey Affleck, Wes Bentley, Bill Irwin, Mackenzie Foy, Topher Grace and David Gyasi.

In the new flick, the preface revolved around the fact that the Earth would no longer be able to sustain humanity in the not too distant future. Crops are routinely ravaged by blight,dust storms scour the land, and mankind has regressed to an agrarian society. Cooper (Matthew McConaughey), a former NASA test pilot and engineer turned farmer, is currently living with his family, including his father-in-law Donald, son Tom, and ten-year-old daughter Murphy (Mackenzie Foy) nicknamed Murph. New Ouija Movie Delivered Great Thrills,Suspense,Plotline & More

Universal Pictures released their new horror/thriller flick, “Ouija” into theaters this weekend. I checked it out out, yesterday, and thought it was highly entertaining. I mean, it was way better than I thought it would be, especially with the way the plotline worked out. It delivered great suspense ,thrills, drama, and more. It stars: Olivia Cooke, Daren Kagasoff, Douglas Smith, Bianca Santos, and Ana Coto.

In the new flick after character, Debbie Galardi (Shelley Hennig), mysteriously dies. It bothers her best friend, Laine Morris (Olivia Cooke) so much that she begins to research Supernatural means as way to get in touch with Debbie. And to make things even more interesting, she invites her friend along for the ride.

They start messing around with a Ouija board, and get a response from a spiritual entity that they originally think is Debbie. However, when one of their friends, Isabelle, comes up dead a few days later, they re-explore the Ouija board to discover they’ve actually contacted a young girl, named Doris Zander, who used to live in the same house that Debbie lived in decades earlier. New John Wick Movie Delivered Great Action,Drama & More

Lionsgate released their new action/thriller flick, “John Wick,” into theaters this weekend. I just checked it out, and thought it was very entertaining, delivering tons of hardcore violent,action scenes, tons of drama, and more. The movie stars: Keanu Reeves, Michael Nyqvist, Alfie Allen, Adrianne Palicki, Dean Winters, Bridget Moynahan, Ian McShane, John Leguizmo, and Willem Dafoe.

In the new flick, character, John Wick, received a beautiful new puppy ,named Daisy, that was left for him by his deceased wife that he recently lost to cancer. He eventually bonds with the puppy and drives around a cool, vintage 1969 Mustang car. However, John has an encounter with a trio of Russian gang members at a gas station one day. Their leader ,Iosef, tries to make an offer to buy the Mustang, and John rudely tells him it’s not for sale after he gets on his nerves.

New Fury Movie Received Mostly Positive Reviews From Major Critics

Columbia Pictures (Sony) released their new action/drama movie, “Fury,” into theaters yesterday, October 16, and all the reviews are in from the major,top movie critics in the business. It turns out that most of them liked it with an overall 64 score out of a possible 100 across 38 reviews at the Metacritic.com site.

The film stars: Brad Pitt, Shia LaBeouf, Logan Lerman, Michael Pena, Jon Bernthal and Jason Isaacs. We’ve provided blurbs from a couple of the critics, below.

Mick LaSalle at the San Francisco Chronicle, gave it a perfect 100 score, saying: “At its best, Fury examines the psychological experience of warfare.”

New Gone Girl Movie Delivered Crazy Plotline,Drama & More

20th Century FOX released their new drama/thriller flick, “Gone Girl” into theaters this weekend. I just watched it,and thought that it was quite interesting with a wicked crazy storyline, hardcore drama, and more. Its stars: Ben Affleck, Rosamund Pike, Neil Patrick Harris, Tyler Perry, Kim Dickens, Patrick Fugit, Carrie Coon,and David Clennon.

In the new flick, character Nick Dunne (Ben Affleck) has major problems with his wife ,Amy Dunne (Rosemund Pike) to the point of violence. He also cheats on her with a hot 20 something. So, one day, Nick returns home to find a smashed coffee table. His wife Amy is missing. Her disappearance creates a media frenzy, and his awkward behavior on camera is interpreted as evidence of psychopathy and guilt.

If that weren’t enough, he learns that Amy was preggers and the circumstantial evidence mounts against him, causing him to become the prime suspect for her supposed murder. From there, we’re given the backstory with Amy narrating how she set up the whole thing to frame Nick out of pure vengeance and just being plain old fed up with his BS. Read more »

New Annabelle Movie Delivered Great Thrills,Suspense,Drama & More

New Line Cinema (Warner Bros.) released their new horror/thriller flick, “Annabelle,” into theaters this weekend. I just checked it out, and thought it was very entertaining, serving up some major suspense and thrilling moments. It stars: Annabelle Wallis and Ward Horton.

In the new flick, happily married couple, Mia and John, are expecting their first baby. And everything just seems so happy go lucky. But little by little that quickly changes, starting with Mia hearing screams from the neighbor’s house after an apparent stabbing murder takes place.

Shortly after that, Mia and John get attacked by the same man and woman who killed their neighbors. The police arrived and shot them both before they could kill Mia and John. Then later on, it was revealed that the girl was Annabelle Higgins and the dude was her boyfriend. They were both involved in some twisted demonic cult. Annabelle died with one of the ugly dolls in her hands, signaling that her soul may have jumped into it. Read more »

Columbia Pictures (Sony) released their new action flick, “The Equalizer” into theaters this weekend. I just checked it out and thought it was way better than I originally thought it would be. It featured great action scenes, cool plotline, and lots of suspense. It stars: Denzel Washington, Marton Csokas, Chloë Grace Moretz, David Harbour, Bill Pullman, and Melissa Leo.

In the new flick, character Robert McCall (Denzel Washington) is a middle aged, retired intelligent officer who believes he’s put his Special Forces past behind him and dedicated himself to beginning a new, quiet life. However, he ends up meeting a hooker named Teri (Chloë Grace Moretz), who is just a young girl that’s been under the control of a violent Russian gangster. New Maze Runner Movie Delivered Great Action,Drama,Suspense & More

20th Century FOX released their new action/adventure/thriller film, “The Maze Runner,” into theaters this weekend. I just checked it out, and thought it was highly entertaining and suspenseful as hell. I really dug the plotline too as it was very intriguing. The movie stars: Dylan O’Brien, Kaya Scodelario, Aml Ameen, Thomas Brodie-Sangster and Will Poulter.

In the new flick, character Thomas, shows up in a rusty elevator called The Box, and is greeted by other boys in a grassy clearing called the Glade, which is surrounded by tall, gray walls that enclose off the entrance to the maze. Thomas is unable to remember anything about himself, but Alby, the leader of the Glade, tells him that it’s happened to everyone and that his name will come to him soon. Thomas is very curious about the maze, but is warned not to enter as no one has ever survived the maze throughout the night.

New No Good Deed 2014 Movie Delivered Great Thrills,Heavy Suspense,Drama & More

Screen Gems (Sony) released their new thriller flick, “No Good Deed” into theaters this weekend. I just checked it out, and thought it was terrific, serving up major suspense, thrills, drama and more. It was way better than I thought it would be. It stars: Idris Elba, Taraji P. Henson, Leslie Bibb, Kate del Castillo, and Henry Simmons.

In the new flick, psycho character, Collin (Idris Elba), gets out of prison and kills his hot girlfriend (Kate del Castillo) for cheating on him while he was locked up. From there, Collin eventually makes his way to a stranger’s house, posing as a guy who just got in an accident and just needs to use the phone to call a tow truck.

The stranger’s house just happens to belong to a woman named Terri (Taraji P. Henson), and we soon learn that Terri’s husband is the guy that Collin’s girlfriend cheated with. Ahh, it’s starting to become clear. Anyways, the movie turns out to be a huge plot cooked up by Collin to get revenge on the guy who was banging his girlfriend while he was in prison. Read more »

New The Giver Movie Delivered Weird Storyline,Great Suspenseful Ending & More

The Weinstein Company released their new drama/sci-fi flick, “The Giver” into theaters this weekend. i just checked it out and thought it was just ok. The plotline was a little too strange for my taste, but I thought it had a decent ending with lots of suspense, action and more. It stars: Jeff Bridges, Meryl Streep, Brenton Thwaites, Alexander Skarsgård, Katie Holmes, Odeya Rush and Taylor Swift.

The movie is set in a utopian society in 2048 AD. After a big war, “the community” decided to get rid of colors, therefore different races and feelings, such as love and anger, because they felt that they only caused conflict. In their community, everything is about sameness, thus there is no money or social status. Everyone owns the same things, and everyone lives in a same sized house. Read more »
