New The Giver Movie Delivered Weird Storyline,Great Suspenseful Ending & More

The Weinstein Company released their new drama/sci-fi flick, “The Giver” into theaters this weekend. i just checked it out and thought it was just ok. The plotline was a little too strange for my taste, but I thought it had a decent ending with lots of suspense, action and more. It stars: Jeff Bridges, Meryl Streep, Brenton Thwaites, Alexander Skarsgård, Katie Holmes, Odeya Rush and Taylor Swift.

The movie is set in a utopian society in 2048 AD. After a big war, “the community” decided to get rid of colors, therefore different races and feelings, such as love and anger, because they felt that they only caused conflict. In their community, everything is about sameness, thus there is no money or social status. Everyone owns the same things, and everyone lives in a same sized house. Read more »

New Mission Impossible 5 Movie Bringing Back Luther Stickell For Action,New Details

According to a new report from Comicbookmovie.com, The “Mission Impossible 5” movie peeps have decided to bring back actor, Ving Rhames (left), to reprise his role as Luther Stickell. Luther is Ethan Hunt’s (Tom Cruise) closest confidants since the inception of the franchise.

Their source for this breaking news, was the director himself, Christopher McQuarrie. He tweeted out: “Welcome back, Mr. Rhames.” Luther was last seen, showing up as a cameo character at the tail-end of the “Mission Impossible 4: Ghost Protocol” flick back in 2011.

New Let’s Be Cops Movie Delivered Great Laughs,Drama,Action & More

20th Century FOX released their new comedy flick, “Let’s Be Cops,” into theaters this weekend. I just checked it out and thought it was quite entertaining and hilarious, delivering a ton of laughs, drama, suspense and more. It stars: Damon Wayans Jr., Jake Johnson, Rob Riggle, Nina Dobrev, James D’Arcy and Andy Garcia.

In the new film, characters ,Ryan (Jake Johnson) and Justin (Damon Wayans Jr.), are feeling pretty down about their careers are the lack there of. Ryan is a former football star that got injured, and Justin is a struggling video game creator with a shortage on confidence. Eventually, they show up at a masquerade party in full cop costumes, because Ryan thought a masquerade party was the same as a costume party.

After getting shunned from that event, they found themselves being able to command unusual amounts of attention as everyone thought they were real cops. They had a little fun with it at first. However, Ryan started taking it too damn far by actually getting a fake cop car off of Ebay. Read more »

The Weinstein Company released their new drama/sci-fi film, “The Giver” into theaters this past Thursday, August 14th, and the reviews are in from all the top critics. It turns out that it went over close to half well with them with an overall score of 46 out of a possible 100 across 31 reviews at the metacritic.com site.

The film stars: Jeff Bridges, Meryl Streep, Brenton Thwaites, Alexander Skarsgård, Katie Holmes, Odeya Rush, and Taylor Swift. We posted blurbs from a couple of the critics,below.

Mick LaSalle at the San Francisco Chronicle, gave it a 75 score, saying: “Just in the last few months, we’ve seen “Snowpiercer” and “Divergent,” which also deal with what happens after a civil collapse. New Expendables 3 Movie Received Mostly Negative Reviews From Major Critics

Lionsgate released their new, hardcore action flick, “The Expendables 3,” into theaters yesterday, August 14th, and the reviews are in from the top movie critics. It turns out that it didn’t quite sit well with a lot of them, getting only an overall 35 score out of a possible 100 across 30 reviews over at the metacritic.com site.

The film stars: Sylvester Stallone, Jason Statham, Jet Li, Dolph Lundgren, Randy Couture, Terry Crews, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Wesley Snipes, Antonio Banderas, Mel Gibson, Harrison Ford, Kellan Lutz, Ronda Rousey, Victor Ortiz, Glen Powell and Kelsey Grammer. New Expendables 4 Movie Is Happening,New Spoiler Details Already Revealed

According to new info from reports on Wikipedia, there’s definitely plans in the works to make not only an Expendables 4 but a 5th installment as well. The reports claim that in March 2014, former James Bond star ,Pierce Brosnan, confirmed the 4th installment by revealing that he had agreed with producer ,Avi Lerner, to star in it.

Main man, Sylvester Stallone, also revealed in an interview that he wants Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson to play the villain in Expendables 4. Producer ,Avi Lerner, confirmed plans for The Expendables 4 and The Expendables 5. In related news, there’s also plans to make a female edition of this, entitled, “The ExpendaBelles.”

On October 28th, 2013, Lerner was in negotiations with actresses: Meryl Streep, Cameron Diaz and Milla Jovovich to star in the movie. On February 6th, 2014, Deadline reported that Robert Luketic is set to direct the ExpendaBelles. New Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2 Sequel Movie Confirmed,Release Date Already Revealed

According to a new repot from IGN and numerous other sources, Paramount Pictures officially announced that they are indeed making a sequel to the recent 2014 “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” flick that did very well during its opening weekend, taking over the number 1 spot from “Guardians of The Galaxy” with a whopping $65 million in ticket sales.

The announcement came yesterday, August 10th, and the release date is already set for June 3rd,2016, so mark that date on your movie calendars. Producer Michael Bay is expected to return, along with screenwriters,Josh Appelbaum and André Nemec, who will also executive produce the sequel. Paramount Pictures released their new action/remake flick, “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” into theaters this weekend. I just checked it out and thought it was great, serving up a ton hardcore action, suspense ,comedy and more. In the new flick, reporter, April O’Neil {Megan Fox), is trying prove herself to be a great reporter and is currently hunting a hot story, involving the Foot Clan. One night she happens upon one of their crime scenes in the making and spots a so-called vigilante ,stopping the Foot Clan dead in their tracks.

According to a recent report from Comicbookmovie.com, IGN recently chatted up Marvel Studios President, Kevin Feige, and he dished a few,new spoiler teases that we might see in the new “Guardians Of The Galaxy 2” sequel flick. It turns out that the storyline will heavily feature more of that whole Peter Quill’s father twist.
