New Batman V Superman Additional Filming Location Details Revealed For Mid October 2014

According to a new report from Batman News and their sources, the “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice” super hero/action flick production will be heading to the Eli and Edythe Broad Art Museum in Lansing,MI on October 13th-20th to film some new scenes there.

Their source, the Lansing State Journal, is reporting that there’s currently construction going on outside the Eli and Edythe Broad Art Museum, and that a construction worker revealed that he’s indeed part of the crew setting up for the Batman v Superman set. The museum announced on its website that it will be closed on October 13-20th, which is the week that includes local filming for “a private rental” aka Batman V Superman filming. Read more »

Recently, Comicbookmovie.com acquired a new,exclusive set pic for the upcoming “Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice” super hero/action flick, and it gives us a new look at actress ,Amy Adams as Lois Lane, spotted in between takes on the Detroit,Michigan set in nothing but a pair of overalls, which is incredibly underdressed by Lois Lane’s usual reporter standards. New Batman V Superman To Film New Metropolis Scenes In Chicago,New Details

According to a new report from FOX Chicago, the new “Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice” super hero/action flick will be heading to the windy city, Chicago,IL, to shoot some new Metropolis scenes in November 2014 sometime. The director of the Chicago Film Office, Rich Moskal, confirmed the news to FOX Chicago (video below).

Zack Snyder will be filming in downtown Chicago for about four or five days, and then another week and a half in surrounding areas. And it’s speculated that Snyder will also hit up the Kent Farm set, which has been ready since early 2014. Read more »

New Batman V Superman Description Details Revealed By Ben Affleck & MTV,New Clip

Recently, MTV chatted up “Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice” Batman star, Ben Affleck, and served up some small description details for the movie by confirming that it’s definitely taking notes from Frank Miller’s “The Dark Knight Returns” video (below).

In the clip, they asked Ben if Batman v Superman was influenced by The Dark Knight Returns, and he replied with: “I do think Zack Snyder was heavily influenced by The Dark Knight Returns. Everyone’s influenced by that. It’s the seminal work. I don’t think there’s any Batman movies that have been made without drawing from that book because it’s so good. New Batman V Superman Set,Location & Batsuit Details Revealed By Ben Affleck,New Clip

Earlier today, “Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice” Batman star, Ben Affleck, hit up the Today Show to promote his new “Gone Girl” movie, but of course, they ended up talking about the new Batman v Superman flick too, and Ben shared a few,new details in regards to the set, location and the Batsuit (video below).

At one point in the clip, Ben described shooting both Metropolis and Gotham settings in Detroit,MI saying: ” There are things to be discouraged by here and there are things to be inspired by here. I find it really dynamic. There are parts that look like Metropolis and parts that look like Gotham City.” Ben also revealed that director, Zack Snyder, did “something new” with the Batman suit, but wouldn’t go into further details about it. New Batman V Superman Set Clip Shows Cops Rushing To Wayne Manor Action

Recently, this new set clip (below) for the upcoming “Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice” super hero/action flick, hit the net and it shows the Gotham City Police cars rushing to the scene of what is speculated to be the Wayne Manor. The scene was shot in Detroit, MI this past Friday evening, September 26th. Someone witnessing the action, came across the trailers for the actors. They were labeled, “Lois,” “Alfred,” and “Chuck.” And there is still speculation as to who this Chuck person is.

New Equalizer Movie Delivered Great Action,Drama,Plotline & More

Columbia Pictures (Sony) released their new action flick, “The Equalizer” into theaters this weekend. I just checked it out and thought it was way better than I originally thought it would be. It featured great action scenes, cool plotline, and lots of suspense. It stars: Denzel Washington, Marton Csokas, Chloë Grace Moretz, David Harbour, Bill Pullman, and Melissa Leo.

In the new flick, character Robert McCall (Denzel Washington) is a middle aged, retired intelligent officer who believes he’s put his Special Forces past behind him and dedicated himself to beginning a new, quiet life. However, he ends up meeting a hooker named Teri (Chloë Grace Moretz), who is just a young girl that’s been under the control of a violent Russian gangster. And when she comes up nearly beaten to death, Robert just can’t stand idly by and do nothing. Read more »

New Equalizer Movie Received Mixed Reviews From Major Movie Critics

Columbia Pictures (Sony) released their new action flick, “The Equalizer” into theaters this weekend, and the top critics have submitted their reviews. It ended up pleasing roughly half of them, getting an overall 57 score out of a possible 100 across 41 reviews over at Metacritic.com.

The movie stars: Denzel Washington, Marton Csokas, Chloë Grace Moretz, David Harbour, Bill Pullman, and Melissa Leo. We’ve included blurbs from a couple of the critics,below.

Richard Roeper at the Chicago Sun-Times, gave it a nice 88 score, saying: “The Equalizer features some gruesomely creative violence, but it’s equally memorable for the small, gritty moments set in that diner, or on the rough-and-tumble streets of Boston. New Batman V Superman Set Pics Show Possible Wayne Manor In Action

Recently, TheFilmJunkee dropped this new clip (below), giving us a new look at what is being speculated to be the Wayne Manor for the upcoming “Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice” super hero.action flick! However, even if this does not turn out to be the Wayne Manor, it’s definitely going to be part of the movie, according to some Batman News’ sources who got the confirmation from security on the set.

It’s been rumored that Ben Affleck’s Bruce Wayne lives in a modern-looking cottage by a lake that’s on the mansion’s property. The Batcave is said to be housed underneath the cottage. So, this meets that description pretty well. But again, nothing is confirmed other than this property is being used in the film. They also shot a scene where Gotham City Police cars were spotted, racing to the scene. Read more »
