New The Interview Movie Received Mixed Reviews From Major Critics

Columbia Pictures (Sony) released their new, highly controversial comedy film, “The Interview,” into theaters 2 days ago, December 25th, and all the reviews have been submitted by the top, major movie critics. The results turned out to be quite mixed with an overall 51 score out of a possible 100 across 24 reviews at the Metacritic.com site.

The film stars: James Franco, Seth Rogen, Lizzy Caplan and Randall Park. We’ve provided blurbs from a few of the critics, below.

Richard Roeper from the Chicago Sun-Times, gave it a 75 score, saying: “The Interview sticks to the anything-for-a-laugh plan for nearly the entire journey, with far too many jokes about things going in and coming out of rear ends.” Read more »

According to a recent report from Comicbookmovie.com and their sources, “Avengers 2: Age Of Ultron” movie director, Joss Whedon served up some new details for what we can expect the appearance of The Vision to be like in the film, along with the stunt work and other things like that.

It turns out that Joss wanted Paul Bettany to play The Vision way before he even wanted to make an Avengers flick, claiming it’s the cheek bones,lol! Batman V Superman Lois Lane Confirmed To Meet Batman In The Movie,New Details

According to a new report from Cinemablend.com , “Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice” Lois Lane star, Amy Adams (left), confirm that Lois will have at least one run-in with Ben Affleck’ s Bruce Wayne or Batman in the flick. She talked about it in an interview with Moviefone.

They asked her about Ben Affleck’s performance as the Caped Crusader, and she responded with: “He’s hot! Sorry, Jen. I have the utmost respect for your relationship, but he looks fantastic. And the work that I did with him, I think it’s going to be great.” Read more »

Paramount Pictures released their new drama film, “The Gambler,” into theaters yesterday, December 25th, and all the reviews have been turned in from the top, major movie critics in the biz. It turns out that they were pretty mixed with their opinions, giving it an overall 55 score out of a possible 100 across 31 reviews at the Metacritic.com site.

New American Sniper Movie Received Mostly Positive Reviews From Major Critics

Warner Bros. Pictures released their new drama film, “American Sniper,” into theaters yesterday, December 25th, and all the reviews have been submitted from the major, top movie critics. It turns out that it set a pretty good impression on most of them, getting an overall 72 score out of a possible 100 across 26 reviews at the Metacritic.com site.
