At least in her new music video (below) she does. “Radar” is the fourth single from Britney Spears’ sixth studio album entitled “Circus”. It was originally recorded for her 5th studio album “Blackout”,but was canceled from going on that album due to her working on her new album “Circus” at the time.

The “Radar” music video was shot on May 27 and 28,2009 at the Bacara Resort & Spa which is located north of Santa Barbara,California. Dave Meyers directed the video. Read the rest of this entry »

In Rapper Fabolous’ latest music video (below) for his first single of his Loso’s Way album entitled “Throw It In The Bag”. It features R&B artist “The Dream”. The song had originally leaked online back in March 2009.

Fabolous wasn’t going to release it as his first single,originally. However, it got such a good response from the leak, that he decided to go ahead and release it as his first single.

In his new music video (below) release for his song “Best I Ever Had” from his third mixtape entitled “So Far Gone”. “Best I Ever Had” was produced by Boi-1da. The music video was shot in Brooklyn, New York at the Bishop Ford Central Catholic High School,and superstar rapper Kanye West directed it.

Trey Songz,Fabolous,Consequence, Lil Twist,Lil Chuckee,and Boi-1da made cameo appearances in the video. The video premiered on the internet on July 1,2009,and then premiered on television on July 2,2009 via AMTV. “Best I Ever Had” debuted at # 92 on the Billboard Hot 100 charts,and has since, peaked at # 3 on the charts. Beyonce Knowles has a really big “Ego” in her new music video (below) for the fifth single “Ego” off her third studio album entitled “I Am”. The song was written and produced by Elvis “BlacElvis” Williams, Harold Lilly,and Beyonce,herself.

It was released on May 19,2009. She also did a remix version of the song with superstar rapper Kanye West. The video premiered on Beyonce’s official website on May 21,2009.

Beyonce co-directed the video with her choreographer of twelve years Frank Gatson Jr.He also directed her previous videos “Suga Mama”, “Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It)”, and “Get Me Bodied” as well as her last three world tours, including the “I Am” tour. Read the rest of this entry »

With the release of his new music video (below), that is. It’s for his 4th single release entitled “Beautiful” off his his latest album “Relapse”. The song has debuted at # 17 on the Billboard Hot 100 charts.

A preview of the video was released on July 1,2009,and then the full version of the official “Beautiful” music video premiered the very next day on July 2,2009. “Beautiful” is the 17th track on his new album. The video last a little over 4 minutes, and features Eminem rapping to a mellow hip hop beat with his trademark, marvelous, lyrical ability.

Derek Hough who was the dance partner with female rapstar Lil Kim on the 8th season of ABC’s “Dancing With The Stars” is now in Lil Kim’s latest music video entitled, “Download”. He doesn’t do any dancing or anything in it,but he does appear in it,and I thought it was pretty interesting. Even though they were eliminated in week 9 from “Dancing With The Stars”, it looks like they still kept up their friendship outside of the show.

Jordin Sparks, winner of Season 6 “American Idol” has currently finished up her second album entitled “Battlefield”,and has now released her first single off of it also named, “Battlefield”. She’s had some good success with her first Album entitled “Jordan Sparks” that included songs “One Step at a Time” and “No Air” which was a duet with R&B singer Chris Brown.

Her new “Battlefield” music video was shot by Philip Andelman who has filmed videos for Beyonce Knowles,Jesse McCartney,and the Jonas Brothers. The video began production on May 13,2009 ,and was completed in one day. It premiered today (June 8,2009) on MTV. Read the rest of this entry »

On (5-19-09), Eminem’s latest studio album entitled Relapse released. This is his second video off the album entitled, “3 A.M.” The single was produced by Dr. Dre and released on April 23, 2009 on Eminem’s Sirius Satellite Radio Show, “Shade 45″. 3 A.M. debuted at # 32 on the Billboard Hot 100 charts with 66,000 downloads in its first week.

The “3 A.M.” music video was shot in Detroit at 3am with director Syndrome who is also the director the “Crack a Bottle” music video. It made it’s debut on Cinemax May 2,2009 before the movie, “The Strangers” The video shows Eminem playing a serial killer who has escaped from a rehabilitation clinic,and starts to kill anyone who tries to stop him. Music video for Souljaboytellem’s “Turn My Swag On” song. “Turn My Swag On”, is the 2nd single released on Souljaboytellem’s studio album entitled, “iSouljaboytellem”. It was released on January 26, 2009. It was actually released on November 26,2008 on iTunes,and then Officially released in January 2009. “Turn My Swag On”, is Souljaboy’s third most successful single to date.

The music video was directed by Matt Alonzo and filmed at Souljaboy’s estate in Atlanta, GA. It peaked at # 1 on Bet’s 106 & Park Top 10 countdown. “Turn My Swag On” has also peaked at # 19 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 charts . Read the rest of this entry »
