Adam Lambert to perform at 21st annual GLAAD Awards next month. According to celebrity-gossip.net, “American Idol” season 8 runner-up Adam Lambert is set to perform at the 2010, 21st annual Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation Media Awards (GLAAD). They say the event will take place on April 17,and Adam has also been nominated to receive an “Outstanding Music Artist” award.

Adam said, he is very proud to be apart of the GLAAD awards this year,stating, “GLAAD has advocated for out music artists, including myself, and I am proud to be part of the 21st annual GLAAD Media Awards this year.” Previous winners at this show have included stars like: actress Drew Barrymore and comedian Wanda Sykes. Soul singing star Erykah Badu created a lot of hype yesterday when she released her new music video for her new song entitled, “Window Seat” where she fully undresses to reveal her naked body. The new “Window Seat” song his from her new album entitled, “Amerykah Part Two (Return of the Ankh).”

Shakira spotted performing ‘Gypsy’ live in Austria the other day. Hot popstar, Shakira was recently spotted performing her new single entitled “Gyspy” live over in Germany two days ago. According to celebrity-gossip , Shakira made an appearance on a German ZDF TV show called “Wetten Dass ?” in Salzburg, Austria on Saturday.

Popstar, Miley Cyrus says she’s quitting the music business for good. According to E! online, popstar Miley Cyrus has had it with the music business,and has decided to quit making music,and just do movies from now on. They say she recently revealed this information on ABC’s “The View” TV show. She said that she’s become disheartened because “the music industry isn’t as positive as I’d like it to be.” E! online confirmed her feelings on the situation when they interviewed her at the premiere of her new “Last Song” movie.

Miley revealed to them that she’s quitting after her next album comes out. She stated, “I’ve got a record coming out in June and then I’m done. I just want to work in movies. That’s what I like and that’s what I want to be doing.” Read the rest of this entry »

Justin Bieber released more “My World” summer tour concert tickets today. A ton of teenage fans are currently going wild to try and get tickets for their favorite popstar Justin Bieber today. Along with his other “My World” concert tour tickets already going on sale, his NY State Fair tickets went on sale this morning. As you Fox “Glee” fans may already know, your favorite “Glee” stars are going on tour this summer,and they’re releasing more concert tickets for their New York “Live In Concert” tour. According to Ticketnews, the “Glee” summer tour tickets are really hot right now as they have already sold out of their limited number of summer tour dates.

Popstar, Miley Cyrus took to the “American Idol” stage again last night to perform her latest song entitled, “When I Look At You,” and also displayed her ability to play the piano. The clip (below) starts out with Ryan Seacrest introducing her.

Then Miley started playing the piano,and belted out the lead verse,singing, “Everybody needs inspiration, everybody needs a song. Last night,”Jonas Brother” star Joe Jonas took to the “American Idol” stage with his Disney actress girlfriend Demi Lovato to sing their new song entitled, “Make A Wave,” and it was very passionate. In the clip (below), Ryan introduced them. Then the two walked out together on stage to a huge applause.

Justin Bieber performed ‘Baby’ song on Letterman with cool dance moves. New pop sensation Justin Bieber performed his new song entitled, “Baby” last night on the David Letterman show,along with some pretty cool dance moves. I’m surprised to say this,but I was kind of impressed by the young lad. He’s gotten a little bit better than he used to be. In the clip (below), Letterman introduced him onto the stage. Then Justin immediately started singing his “build up” for the song, while doing some pretty smooth dance moves with his back-up dancers.

Popstar, Miley Cyrus to mentor & perform on ‘American Idol’ this week. According to Zap2it , popstar Miley Cyrus is set to mentor the kids on “American Idol” season 9,starting tonight,and will perform her a new song on the results show tomorrow night.

They say that FOX confirmed that Miley Cyrus will appear as a guest mentor on “American Idol,” and help the Top 11 finalists prepare for their performance for this week. This weeks theme will be “Billboard No. 1 Hits.” It’s set to air tonight March 23 on FOX.
