In Obsessed Derek (Idris Elba) is a successful asset manager, married to Sharon (Beyonce Knowles),and has a little boy with her. One day he meets a new temp at work named Lisa (Ali Carter) on an elevator, and this is the beginning of of a downhill spiral for Derek as he’s just met a crazy lady. The downhill spiral is slow mind you,but definitely sure. She right off the bat, starts to play the game with the laughing, flirting, and asking around the office about Derek. Even though she knows he’s married it doesn’t stop her from taking it up a notch.
In one scene, she acts like she’s unhappy over a break up with an imaginary boyfriend to play on the sympathies of Derek. “Fighting” starring Channing Tatum as Shawn McArthur is about a young kid who hustles on the streets of New York to make a quick buck, and has a messed up past between him ,his father, and a old wrestling teammate named,Evan Hailey(Brian White). Channing’s character gets his merchandise and money stolen while hustling, but not without a fight which captures the eye of small time fight promoter, Harvey Boarden (Terrence Howard).

Although “Observe and Report” did have it’s differences to the Kevin James “Paul Blart” movie, it was way to similar in the overall scheme of the way the film played out.
The plot involved Seth Rogen’s character, Ronnie Barnhardt as a, you guessed it, mall cop with dreams of bigger things ,and who’s ego is way bigger than who he actually is. He also has a crush on a girl named, Brandi (Anna Farris) that works in the mall at the beauty department. Everytime he tries to talk to her, he says weird and crazy things to her. There’s also a crazy flasher who runs around the mall parking lot, showing his genetals to everyone. Ronnie Barnhardt’s number one goal is to bring down the flasher.
The mall, however brings in a real detective named, Detective Harris ( Ray Liotta). Read more »

On late Thursday, Ashton Kutcher, the former “That 70’s Show” actor and former host of MTV’s “Punk’d” edged out the giant news media company, CNN to be the first to get a million followers on “Twitter”. I knew someone would have a contest like this. It’s like when Myspace first started to become really popular, and everyone would brag about how many friends they had. Anyways, he was able to win the coveted million, Twitter, follower crown by becoming the ringleader of a frenetic digital circus act which included Larry King, video game maker Electronic Arts Inc., a 25 year old Web developer from London, and a ton of online participants.
The winner of the contest agreed to donate 10,000 mosquito nets to charity for World Malaria Day on April 25,2009. On Wednesday. Kutcher had like 50,000 fewer visitors than CNN. Read more »
One of Spider-Man’s biggest enemies, Venom from Spider-Man 3 may be about to get its own solo movie. Sony has hired writers Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick to start writing a film based soley on the “Venom” character. “Venom” is an evil version of Spider-Man created by the symbiosis of an alien life form and a human to host it.
There’s currently no known plot available or any information on who may star in the film, but it does sound interesting. In Spider-Man 3, “Venom” had all the powers of Spider-Man with a few added editions of big freakin alligator looking teeth and a slithering tongue.More like Spider-Gator or something. He also appeared to be physically bigger and stronger than Spider-Man. It was pretty freaky. Read more »
Mr. Bill O’Reilly who is a news host for Fox News is apparently disgusted with Eminem’s new music video, “We Made You”. He says that Eminem is vile, and that few Americans take him seriously which I think just may be the whole point. It’s just entertainment, it’s not supposed to be taken seriously. Anyways, he goes on to state that Eminem represents the lowest form of entertainment, and is just a media hound.
O’Reilly was really upset at the lyrics that involved Sarah Palin, the former Republican vice presidential candidate, and called them misogynist, whatever that means. Apparently it’s something bad I guess. He knocked the lyrics that stated Read more »

When someone from the inside leaked a workprint of the new “Wolverine : Origins” movie a couple of weeks ago, most movie review sites refused to watch it. But Fox News reviewer, Roger Friedman not only watched the film, but also took it a step further and reviewed it. What makes it worse is the movie wasn’t even a complete piece, and had a lot of special effects missing from it.
Some of my sources say that it was missing like several million dollars worth of reshoots that would smooth out the film, and the special effects in it were temporary or not there at all which would make his ill fated attempt at a review of this movie worthless, anyways. Read more »
