Big Brother 16 Christine Won POV For Week 10 Yesterday August 30th

Alright, so the POV competition for Big Brother season 16, week 10 went down yesterday, August 30th, and when it was all said and done, Christine had emerged the victor. Since she’s currently sitting on the block with Nicole, she definitely saved her tail from the big Derrick alliance possibly turning on her sooner than planned, which was a very good possibility by the way because they could’ve just put Victoria on the block with Nicole as their initial nominations.

Anyways, there’s no doubt in our minds that Christine will do the smart thing and use the POV on herself, forcing current HOH, Caleb, to have to replace her with someone else, who will more than likely be Victoria. She was crying about it on the live feeds last night since she’s such a baby. She’s also getting on Derrick’s last nerve with all the tears and what not. Read more »

New ‘As Above So Below’ Movie Received Mostly Negative Reviews From Major Critics

as above so below movie poster image

Legendary Pictures and Universal Pictures released their new psychological thriller flick, “As Above So Below” into theaters this weekend, and the reviews from the top movie critics are in. It turned out not to go over well with them for the most part, getting only an overall 36 score out of a possible 100 across 17 reviews at metacritic.com. The movie stars: Perdita Weeks, Ben Feldman and Edwin Hodge. We’ve posted blurbs from a few of the critics, below.

Jordan Hoffman at the New York Daily News, gave it a 60 score, stating: “One of the world’s top disturbing tourist attractions is now finally getting the spooky film it deserves.”

Peter Debruge from Variety, gave it a 50 grade, stating: “It all makes for clumsy-fun escapism, not bad as end-of-summer chillers go.” Mark Jenkins at the Washington Post, gave it a 37, saying: “As Above, So Below is inherently absurd, but it would be somewhat less so had it fully committed to just one of its ridiculous premises.” Read more »

Kristen Stewart Spotted Gourgeous Cute For New Vanity Fair Mag September 2014 Cover

Recently, the Vanity Fair France peeps dropped the new cover for their September 2014 issue, and it features the very beautiful, former Twilight Saga hottie, Kristen Stewart, looking as got damn cute as she wants to be with her new, short hairdo and very alluring stare.

Kristen also chatted with the magazine about career so far, and told them: “I think that after Twilight and after Snow White And The Huntsman, which were such huge movies, that I felt I didn’t want to search for the next ‘big, successful’ thing. One thing that people do with two enormous movies is think that that’s their thing now, to do big movies, and ride that wave. I got off this huge wave and said, ‘I’m going to go in for a bit.’ I’m going to come back out later.” Read more »

Big Brother 16 Christine & Nicole Got Put Up For Eviction For Week 10 August 29th

Alright, so yesterday, August 29th the reigning Big Brother 16 HOH for week 10, Caleb, went ahead and nominated Nicole and Christine for eviction. This is definitely a more interesting nomination than I thought was going to go down since Victoria is still in the house. However, I didn’t think it was totally outside of the realm of possibility. Apparently, they have no problem nominating their own alliance member, Christine, over Victoria.

This could cause an interesting turn of events should Nicole win POV today. And even if she doesn’t, I think that Nicole could make a very good case for them to turn on Christine, since they already planned for Christine to be the first alliance member to get sent packing. I think Derrick is definitely looking to drag Victoria as far along as he can over Christine. Read more »
